grant for the future, when spreading solid fertilizer: lay out plastic trays to catch fertilizer along the width of the spread to see where you are getting more or less
Grant. I love the fact that you own up to mistakes discuss what went wrong and describe solutions. You exhibit sound honest ethics. Refreshing in a world which it seems easy for us old goats to lose sight of good values with young folks.
Glad your back posting irl farm vids hoping to go the farm show hopefully I’ll see you there. Can’t wait for harvest to start we’re hoping to start the end of September.
Have you at 1:00 maybe the one field that you have problems with that you should put your beans in since it's saying so dry in that area and then put your corner that one
wow spencer your awesome can't wait for your game keep up the good work and if the farming gets ruff keep on going it was hard for me to get started too. I started with a 4020 a farmall H two 560's (this was recently) and now I how a 4840 a 4440 and a still keep the old old tractors as they were my grandpa's
It’s amazing that a guy who plays farming simulator to farming in real life to making his own farming video game that’s amazing can’t wait for the new game!
Grant, a friend of mine told me about your channel and I sat in your booth in the shade at farm progress and had no idea who you were. (He told me after we’d already left) the videos are awesome and I like your story!! I also grew up on a family farm, but didn’t start farming on the family land. I went to college, and started my own operation. I grow cotton in west texas. I admire the courage and enjoy seeing yours grow. Good luck this fall with harvest!! Wish I woulda walked over and talked with you at the show! 😂😂
idk what you were getting at in the video.Buy thoes tractors have a set speed controll/ cruse controll. we use it for planting in ours. its the black twist knob with a rabbit on it.
Those little trees I believe are china berry trees. They are a nuisance here in south Texas. Hey I also got an old John Deere truckers hat if you are interested
Always love seeing new videos up 😁 super excited to have a farming game to play during downtime at work in the nearish future, especially one that you guys made! Super cool to see you able to do this stuff in real life after starting with farm Sim! I'm also trying to talk myself into taking time off work and driving from Ohio to see you guys/possibly get a shirt 😂
Hi grant 2;things: The dust bowl was a REAL DROUGHT, wiki it 8 years with next to no rain, if you install drain tile , no DROUGHT :-)) Also 78% of air is nitrogen can farmers make ammonia from the air, farmers can produce it all year for planting or have coop create a ammonia plant, any talk in industry about it, great videos enjoy startups, the USA dream
For what you guys have, I’d think it’d be better to hire a crew to do it. Of course their availability could make that a challenge. Either way, love the video and seeing your progress. Super jealous!
Got to work your ground up in the fall and fix it just like you were getting ready to plant it, then in the spring burn it off with roundup and plant, I farm some of the worse clay ground God ever made on some farms, in the fall it usually always real dry and it works up good, the less you move your ground around in the spring time the better, simply because it's usually wet, when you work wet ground in the spring your screwed the rest of the year especially if it turns off dry later
You did an offset for the spreader right? My guess is you weren’t on your planter tracks and that’s why it’s rougher. But I’d keep the duals on anyways because it helps with compaction.
Will be out in Q4 2022. We don't have a officially release date yet. Will announce one closer to launch! It will be available on apple store and google play store tho!
Hey, squad, this is gonna be a little bit weird. I like watching your videos, you do tremendous work, and I watch your videos on your actual farm farm, and I can't wait for the new farming game made, all are working on to come out from a loud by when I heard about it, there's one thing I don't know if y'all are gonna add that Jon gear equipment, because I want to see some John Deere equipment in that game, because I'm a John Deere, I don't know anymore all their Nationals, though those are pretty good who more effort, but yeah, I actually wish you best of luck butI plan on China's hurt my own farm at some point as well, but you also get me into making UA-cam videos and all that fun stuff as well
I’m curious to know why the corn on corn? Here in Ohio you don’t do corn on corn. It’s a big no no. So is it normal out there? I understand there are differences in the soil and you guys have much better soil. Just curious
I couldn’t wait longer for a new vid😅
Same
Same bro
grant for the future, when spreading solid fertilizer: lay out plastic trays to catch fertilizer along the width of the spread to see where you are getting more or less
Is this a method that you use before spreading on your crops? I'm not very familiar with that process so was curious it
Nice to have neighbors like Andy and his dad.
If you widen out the tires to 90 inch spacing it should help with keeping the tractor balanced
Grant. I love the fact that you own up to mistakes discuss what went wrong and describe solutions. You exhibit sound honest ethics. Refreshing in a world which it seems easy for us old goats to lose sight of good values with young folks.
So glad to see more from this channel
It's amazing how big of effect the weather plays in growing a crop
We use a protracker hitch on our tractor when we side dress. It works super good on the side hills.
Glad your back posting irl farm vids hoping to go the farm show hopefully I’ll see you there. Can’t wait for harvest to start we’re hoping to start the end of September.
Andy and his Dad are the best! Thanks
Great video Grant. Hey just remember those neighbors come Christmas...they'll appreciate it. 👍
Have you at 1:00 maybe the one field that you have problems with that you should put your beans in since it's saying so dry in that area and then put your corner that one
Grant I missed your videos glad your back.
The chart on the back of the ag system spreader the top row is density for the product not the spread pattern
I love how happy he is when he achieves a task
Hi from the UK ,great to see you back, hope you're all well and okay, love you're videos, thanks for posting 👍 🙂👏
Nice to have good neighbors like that. Was missing your videos
idk if itd affect the beans but crossbow is a woody plant and broadleaf herbicide, maybe selectively spray it with a 4 wheeler or something
wow spencer your awesome can't wait for your game keep up the good work and if the farming gets ruff keep on going it was hard for me to get started too. I live in lee county IL seems like we got the same rain you did. just a little late for the corn but beans are happy
Glad your back, hope your father is ok now. All the best from Ireland
Had to cut the corn on the family farm for silage in mid Missouri
Glad to see you back my friend, sure did miss your video's and how is your dad doing by the way.
Hello from Saskatchewan, Canada great videos thanks for sharing
You don’t have enough tractor for a tile plow. You need a big horse for that. Sometimes 2 lol.
It’s amazing that a guy who plays farming simulator to farming in real life to making his own farming video game that’s amazing can’t wait for the new game!
Thanks Thomas! A lot of lucky opportunities presented themselves!
We keep duals on our tractors year round
My uncle does tiling, if you ever decide to get any tiling done he can do it.

Best UA-camr ever
Glad you are back :)
People named Andy tend to be reliable... just what I've seen!
Yeah we have a neighbor named Andy ,and he's a really nice guy.😁
I’m gonna miss you post videos I can’t come :( I love watching watching you Grant your the best UA-camr!
Need a Spra coupe for the farm. You could do your own spraying even in fairly tall corn
I have Been watching you sense you started this channel and I like that you are doing IRL farming
Those little trees I believe are china berry trees. They are a nuisance here in south Texas. Hey I also got an old John Deere truckers hat if you are interested
Finally new video 🤘

Hey , I love watching your videos. I'm 15 and I just started a small farm UA-cam channel. Do you have any advice?
Use your excavator to tile. Tile plows are expensive. Then u can backfill with your bobcat.
When does American Farming come out??
Been a couple years but I’m pretty sure top number on the chart on the back of the spreader is density not spreading width.
You may be right- I need to look at it again!
That corn comparison made me chuckle. 😆
Good to see another video!!
Grant, keep up the good work. 🚜🌽
Dude im fr sad that i was gonna go but then found out that its in boone Iowa
Any ideas on a second tractor
Hi grant

Your wanting to buy a title plow when you don’t have the tractor power for it?
do you listen to the regenerative agriculture podcast with John Kempf?
I am deciding to keep with NH3 or go dry from now on. I like results of NH3. But it’s dangerous. Only one place plans to be selling it in 10 years.
I have some old American Crystal Sugar hats. Got them from my grandpa.
Hey grant are corn for hay is dry I tried to fertilize today no luck idk abt you but we got a lot lot of rain the past week
Another great video! Hello from Oklahoma! You could send an oklahoaman a shirt. lol
Keep up the good work. Loving these vids and fs22 ones. I would come to the booth but I am in the UK! I am so sorry. Please take care of yourself
Is they’re going to be John Deere in American farming
Are planning on buying a sprayer
Your one smart cookie figuring out all that math stuff
Thanks for the shirt this is Mack from farm progress show
You need a G P S on the tractor that is the best way to do that it's will steer the tractor
He does
Grant have you thought about doing side dressing or do you think the spreader works better also, if you get another tractor what do u think it will be
For what you guys have, I’d think it’d be better to hire a crew to do it. Of course their availability could make that a challenge. Either way, love the video and seeing your progress. Super jealous!
Glad you are back-really enjoy your videos-learn how to and how not to do-thank you!
“day old pizza in the spiny thing”lol

Grant any thoughts about a second tractor?
Have you ever thought about applying liquid 28 or 32 for post application?
Where is the farm progress show
You should consider a hydrolic driven buggy
FR MAN isn't not out
You did an offset for the spreader right? My guess is you weren’t on your planter tracks and that’s why it’s rougher. But I’d keep the duals on anyways because it helps with compaction.

Hey Grant And Spencer How Are Y'all Doing From Bryer I Am A Big Fan Of Your Channel
How many hectares do you have on your land
I absolutely love you grant
have you ever test driven a fendt 700 series?
Glad to see a video. When does the game come out? Or where do I find it?
Will be out in Q4 2022. We don't have a officially release date yet. Will announce one closer to launch! It will be available on apple store and google play store tho!
Gotta grease the pto
Do you need a grain cart
Grant don’t buy a tile plow get it contracted because it takes a lot of horsepower to run it and you won’t use it enough.
You should buy a cabover as a semi. Why you ask idk but it would be cool lol
Hey, squad, this is gonna be a little bit weird. Is it going to be Jansen’s 1066?
Yes! Garrett! He's got a sweet 1066!
When I looked at the title I thought it said “Growing A Donut” (doughnut)

Is the farm progress youre talking about the one in Boone county?

Is the game free or do you have to pay for it

Just change your pto shaft if u can
