This might be just an video, but harsh reality is same in society the govt so called officials not everyone but few r so rude while taking to common people, yes they have ruled and regulations but they shd give some time and explain wat all docs required so at once they bring papers and get work done than giving one one suggestion everytime and sending back.

We also went through with this Indian embassy employees attitude problem. They do not treat well us also in 2006 with us in our spacial situation. We came India for only three weeks to see my mother in law because she was in her last stage of cancer. In three weeks we spent embassy for 15 days to stemp our Visa. We finally got stemp in with there attitude problem one employee while checking our papers she tiered my marriage certificate. And another attitude is she was not feeling bad also. No sorry nothing.

These practical obstacles going on in foreign countries' embassies by the staff. Outside embassies brokers handle things as per requirements. If you go to the embassy your country's staff treat very badly so citizens are forced to go through commission agents. The foreign ministry should handle these difficulties for expatriates.
