One of the most challenging and oft-forgotten rooms to makeover is our Laundry Rooms. We have to somehow take what is usually the smallest space in the house and design around what are usually the largest appliances in the house and somehow make it look beautiful. Today we are taking you on the DIY and design journey as we makeover this space to accommodate a very high tech set of laundry machines, and we are DIY'ing our own Central HVAC system? Thankfully we still manage to work in some color and some creativity with our watercolor stripe peel and stick wallpaper, and a gorgeous apron sink and vintage rug. We also show you how to utilize pre-fabricated cabinets to look custom and high end. Get ready for a big creative journey with an ultimate before and after of interior design goodness.

This is the prettiest laundry room I have seen so far! And considering how difficult it was to design this room, it came out wonderfully! Love how Mr Kate always shows the good and the not so good sides of designing, making the process seem all the more relatable for the rest of us
you need to make a small bench, the same color as the cabinet. put it against the empty wall-say it is somewhere for Moon to sit, but it is for mom to stand on to get to the cabinets

Joey does a good job at problem solving and making the designs practical and functional.
Love everything you do and your style. However please slow down the reveals as we watch it over and over to cach it. Too fast for us oldies.♥️♥️♥️

I just love seeing Moon grow and how gentle both Joey & Kate are with him. The fact that he’s really now apart of the projects just melts my heart.
Interior designer here....just popping in to say that, it looks great as usual! As you know, even with tons of experience and having exact measurements, so many factors can end up forcing changes on a project but that satisfying end result is what make all those stressful hiccups seem like nothing but a greater appreciation for the final outcome. I may not get to watch all your videos these days but i truly love all the ones i do and admire you for letting Moon join in on these projects. Its teaching him so many things but you also dont record him intensely or seem to shovea camera in front of his face for views. He is just an added, adorable sweetness to your already great content. Still "secretly" wish I could have you here to do my home (both along side me or as a totally surprise reveal) so I don't have to do it all. Even Interior Designers have a hard time doing their own homes!

I think it turned out great for such a shmall (lol) room !!! And Joey, what an awesome job on the DIY air/heating unit. That was incredible. I love watching you two interact. It really is a humerus yet beautiful thing to see. And little man, Moon has already hit skills and is getting ready to take over the family business! And finally, Kate, you look like you are doing so much better than about a year ago, and that makes my heart happy. Love you guys, too, the Moon and back!!!❤
