S1mple gets a call from some agency, and they say to him, "Listen, we’ll make a CS course and split it 50/50." S1mple arrives, they give him a computer and a mouse, he sits down, pulls up the first random demo he finds, and starts talking about the game without any preparation - and he wants $149 for it. This just shows his attitude toward his viewers. No one doubts his knowledge is vast, but it's about the approach. Even if you are the best, it doesn’t mean that you can’t prepare, but apparently, he doesn’t care.

Hi, so this is not a good course at all. So, you can not freestyle commentate sole scenarios occuring in-game with various perspectives like this. You have to be structured and grind it down to fundamental points that the viewer can take with them. I know cs is not black and white. But you would have to start with the real basics, going through understanding of kevlar, aiming, movement, grenades, teamplay, communication, damage, weapons, callouts, bomb, settings etc etc before you actually jump into trying to understand senarios. ...And there is no structure in just picking a match like this. You would want to make an overall view of eco rounds, sniper plays, positionings etc first. Then you would want to make a video of each map and each side ct/t and various common senarios that is happening. Like for example how to retake B-site on vertigo or how to play ramp on Nuke as a CT, or how to counter a midtake from terrorists at mirage as a ct........ Things like this, very well thought out and structured to be easily digested.

Simple's course for $149 or? Tarkov Unheard Edition for $250? Or one year of Playstation Plus Premium for $159.99? Or one Ferrari F430 tyre? Which is less useless? Hm.. 🤔
There is some macro IQ but i think for people to get big lvl up towards pro cs they need proper macro tactical course. How to properly get in to enemys strats book, counter strat that. Microgame should be explaned little by little around certain strat with depth
I think it's a good idea to do something like course for players form the GOAT and to make community around it etc. But here is a few major issues with what they came up with: 1) No scenario, like it feels like it is another small talk on his stream, not like professional analysis from one of the best players. 2) They forgot the BIGGEST part about target audience - we are complete noobs! We don't play pro tournaments, we play mm gn4 or faceit lvl3 and we want to get better at the game! I don't see any of his advice useful for me on my rank, cuz players here don't do smart things, they don't have lineups, nothing! What should I do to get better? I don't see an answer. I don't even know why should I save? Maybe explain some economy, how to do ecos and when? How and when do half buys. Start from the ground, teach noobs how the game works! 150$ for him just talk about nothing is crazy. I really like s1mple and how he plays, but this is not serious, it feels like a SCAM. I hope the paid lessons will be much better, but something tells me it won't.
Also most of the stuff in your comment is already accessible on the internet for free if you just look them up. He charge 150$ for a course which is a lot more than the price of the game you paid to play already, I'd say even if he teach everything in the game and help you go from level 1 to level 10 faceit, it's still not worth it. Whoever think that price is a good idea is a fucking criminal.
For me this feels like Jake Paul Team 1000 course. *Drew Gooden made a great video on it* But it was basically Jake Paul . . . talking and acting just like how simple is. and saying whatever is on his mind at the time and you have to pay 59.99 to enter the course and another i think 74.99 to unlock the course
He can't explain - the basic idea is understandable but there seems to be no common line to what he wants to explain. A good structure is necessary. Techniques can include, counter-strafing techniques or essential smokes, grenades and so on. How can you push certain areas? For Dummies, in particular the real starter, could get used to how to throw short, middle or long range grenades and so on.
He's the GOAT, no one has surpassed his prime performance and maybe he'll be back even better BUT this course is TRASH for a few reasons : 1-) His English is not fluent enough to convey his thoughts properly on the details, which is all this course is supposed to be about. 2-) There is no structure or solid methodology in the teaching process, it's all over the place. I feel like if anybody can follow this properly they could also understand quatum relativity and wave functions. 3-) It seems very low effort, like he's reacting to a demo live, also with the CS2 demo ui this is just not gonna work, at the very least you need to do some kind of editing. Nobody likes to watch you switching between players and cameras.
he did not fail the boost simple failed to jump the kitchen window there and he thought he is already boosted up so he got back after a lil while there, this is solely simples mistake, rip simple
Even if course where structure properly its totally meaningsless because 99% of CS community play without a team (to create this type of structure). Everyone that played a premier or faceit game knows what im talking about. He should instead have focused how to improve in specific roles for the purpous of playing better in faceit for example (solo/duo).
Why do so many people say it's a free course, so it's bad, but the paid ones will be better? On the contrary, free should be good so we can buy thinking next it will be fucking better. He promised something revolutionary in his course, and what do we see? Basic stuff we can see on youtube. I dare say the youtube will be better than S1mple's course.
The course is for advanced players clearly. If you're not level 7 face it at least don't buy the course. It is good and easier to understand if you're only really good at the game but can't get over the hump
you buy a course where u would think someone did some preparation and shows only important rounds that will benefit less experienced players but instead he starts every round with "lets see what i did here" "let me see how i died here" which shows that he is basically just reviewing his demo without any preparation at all. actually ridiculous.
I believe he should've recorded the video on his language and show subtitles instead, given that his english level is far from decent. Also, I don't feel like watching his own videos are the best thing he can do, given that he relies on his teammates strats in order to do something, when you're playing regular MM you'll play different positions, weapons, all types of ppl, etc. Would've worked better if he compared all the way from 1k to 20k+ premier players or lvl 1 faceit to lvl 10.
I understand that people think the course is bad, but why is chat angry for no reason at all on the first round? "Blaming his team already," his teammate literally failed that first round boost, it was his teammates fault was it not? If he got the boost they might have won the round.
fallen had gamesacademy for years in brazil, it was like 10 bucks a month and there were whole courses on each map on the basics, fundamentals, tactics, etc. Love s1mple, but this is just not it.
"dont fail boost" They rushed in, no time for boost - If you gonna start looking for scapegoats and blaming teammates for fails, your whole teamspirit will slowly start dying.
Fallen does so much better analisys for free on his twitch channel, sadly only in portuguese tho. Someone with free time should use AI to translate because there is a lot of good information being missed by the language barrier
i think s1mple realizes that his stock as the best player in the world is not going to last forever, and so this course is him cashing in on his stock. Nobody is going to pay $149 for a s1mple course 3 years from now or even 2 years from now.
just find a worshop map and practice. u can search on youtube how to practice too. If u play the game u will learn positioning and game sense. 300h and u will already know everything simple just said
If he wanted to have a good course, he needed to learn from skillcapped. They put so much more effort and its obviously not a 1-guy team. Even for who simple is he cant just have no team review the tips he gives and the fact he blames his teammates here so harshly makes it go from educational to a hit-piece, any competent manager or script writer wouldve noticed this and shouldve gotten him to stop
S1mple is saying some good things, he needs to actually have some respect for the listeners entertainment value and not gung ho it Have his thoughts planned out before hand and this is super good imo
I feel like there is actually some good information in that video. Unfortunatly the content just fluctuates between good analysis and that weird blame game. And i pretty much believe you need some kind of skript if you are doing a lesson.
This is just commentary a "course" would be something where he would stop at important points and telling what he could've done better or what can you do in that situation with examples

you can literally watch 99999x times better guides than this on youtube for free
dude is actually an amazing player i love listening to how he thinks when he plays, i think he will get better at video breakdown,
Tier 1 CS. Falcons. You only get to pick one.
But here is a few major issues with what they came up with:
1) No scenario, like it feels like it is another small talk on his stream, not like professional analysis from one of the best players.
I agree with the majority of your comment, but he did explain economy in his first free video he did.
Wtf is that bgm? I kept slapping my ears, thought there’s mosquitoes in my room
some ppl will buy this ?
14:27 can anybody say the name of the song pls?
I don't think it's actually a song mate. It might be some short sound clip for this only.
@@Finskiorzel sad...but ty for the response
For me this feels like Jake Paul Team 1000 course. *Drew Gooden made a great video on it* But it was basically Jake Paul . . . talking and acting just like how simple is. and saying whatever is on his mind at the time and you have to pay 59.99 to enter the course and another i think 74.99 to unlock the course
Dude i thought we were talking about food, man i need sleep
Here's a real lesson from a 3k elo faceit player, YOU ARE NOT QUEUEING UP ENOUGH, you want to get better? just queue up thats it.
fr just play 24/7 and watch a few short clips on lineups and boom, in 1 year you will be goated
I feel like he really isn't telling us why he is doing certain things. Simple is just really stating the obvious of what he is doing.
150 bucks for this?!?!?! lol
s1mple needs a leader who controls him, so he concentrates on the game and not on blaming
He's the GOAT, no one has surpassed his prime performance and maybe he'll be back even better BUT this course is TRASH for a few reasons :
1-) His English is not fluent enough to convey his thoughts properly on the details, which is all this course is supposed to be about.
He should have make comments after recording the video and take notes. Make some graphical showcases like military tactics. Like arrows pointing etc.
L side profile
Why do so many people say it's a free course, so it's bad, but the paid ones will be better? On the contrary, free should be good so we can buy thinking next it will be fucking better. He promised something revolutionary in his course, and what do we see? Basic stuff we can see on youtube. I dare say the youtube will be better than S1mple's course.
its like in animes when someone asks mc how did you do that mc replies "whish whoosh bam boom" no one understands nothing
He doesn't give a shit and made people pay $149, because he's lazy and gets away with it. Very simple. Don't waste your money
Not even properly prepared. What a shame.
The course is for advanced players clearly. If you're not level 7 face it at least don't buy the course. It is good and easier to understand if you're only really good at the game but can't get over the hump
spelling mistake at 13:30 is insane for 150 dollars
you buy a course where u would think someone did some preparation and shows only important rounds that will benefit less experienced players but instead he starts every round with "lets see what i did here" "let me see how i died here" which shows that he is basically just reviewing his demo without any preparation at all. actually ridiculous.
Quick cash grab, and the price-tag proves it. If 1000 people pay for it, which is very plausible, thats $149k. Wild.
hustlers university type ahh course 💩 inspired by andrew tate, same model scam shi
I understand that people think the course is bad, but why is chat angry for no reason at all on the first round? "Blaming his team already," his teammate literally failed that first round boost, it was his teammates fault was it not? If he got the boost they might have won the round.
Watch silver to global by fallen
fallen had gamesacademy for years in brazil, it was like 10 bucks a month and there were whole courses on each map on the basics, fundamentals, tactics, etc.
Love s1mple, but this is just not it.
"dont fail boost" They rushed in, no time for boost - If you gonna start looking for scapegoats and blaming teammates for fails, your whole teamspirit will slowly start dying.
I hope the background music is just there to make you buy the full version. So annoying.
Me still finding lesson 💀
Fallen does so much better analisys for free on his twitch channel, sadly only in portuguese tho. Someone with free time should use AI to translate because there is a lot of good information being missed by the language barrier
i think s1mple realizes that his stock as the best player in the world is not going to last forever, and so this course is him cashing in on his stock. Nobody is going to pay $149 for a s1mple course 3 years from now or even 2 years from now.
you got no idea
just find a worshop map and practice. u can search on youtube how to practice too. If u play the game u will learn positioning and game sense. 300h and u will already know everything simple just said
5:43 nice timing
I actually liked the first one but this wasn't a lesson
Bro s1imple needs to stick to playing and not teaching 😂😂😂
If he wanted to have a good course, he needed to learn from skillcapped. They put so much more effort and its obviously not a 1-guy team. Even for who simple is he cant just have no team review the tips he gives and the fact he blames his teammates here so harshly makes it go from educational to a hit-piece, any competent manager or script writer wouldve noticed this and shouldve gotten him to stop
try to watch many of pro lvl you will change ur mind about what you can do
And monesy just giving his teachings for free
1.49$ take it or leave it
I bet niko can also make this tutorial in 1 hour😂
S1mple is saying some good things, he needs to actually have some respect for the listeners entertainment value and not gung ho it
Have his thoughts planned out before hand and this is super good imo
I feel like there is actually some good information in that video. Unfortunatly the content just fluctuates between good analysis and that weird blame game.
And i pretty much believe you need some kind of skript if you are doing a lesson.
He just reacts to gameplay just like caster, no tips
How is a training course when he is just commentating on his own gameplay 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
This is just commentary a "course" would be something where he would stop at important points and telling what he could've done better or what can you do in that situation with examples
Lol the bullet flying animation was fucked
Those who can
Do
Those who can't
Teach
Roblox level of tutorial
brasil apreciated
Gotta make quick bag i guess💰
Simple GOAT
$149 is throwing money down the drain
