I love Lume! Been using it as my underarm deodorant for years. No way I can choose just one scent as my favorite. I switch it up depending on my mood.
You should see Ireland's soda can's you're looking at 10 to 14 euro for multipack on deals
I like the vanilla wafers. Great value brand
Wow that cheap my son has autism I wonder if these products would be good for him? He has sensitive skin and a hygiene problem particularly underarm
What is the Ibotta referral code lol?
Can you do a video on money saving while trying to avoid fake foods and chemicals?
I HIGHLY second this suggestion, Christine!
That one will likely be a challenge for sure!
Yes please- I need to feed my children healthier.
A great example I think would be for sausages, they all seem to have corn syrup in them. Lately I've switched to the more expensive one just to not eat it.
Would love to see this video!!!
Yes that’s a NO on the pioneer woman dishes. Too much, gives me anxiety with all those flowers 😅. White dishes only in this house 🙌🏻
We’ve had white Corelle dishes for decades now. It goes with every holiday table decor. It’s funny, my sister in law and my son also have the white Corelle. 😀
I’m not big on floral anything! Especially dishes.
I'm with ya - let the food be the star!
I’m with you! That’s a no dog for me. My best friend loves pioneer woman me too much going on 😆
Too busy for me. My friend says they chip easily too
I grew up in the 60s. I don't recall Pop Tarts being frosted back then. I still love the un-frosted ones!
You are correct, when Pop Tarts first came out they were not trusted. The filling also contained more real fruit
Same here. I do like the frosted cherry ones, but like the unfrosted with a little butter on the top. That's the way my grandmother fixed them.
Born in 60s and by the 70s the frosted chocolate ones were my favorite
I like unfrosted. But if they are frosted, chocolate.
It's funny you mention that!..There is going to be a movie or series on Netflix in early May called "Unfrosted" by Jerry Seinfeld, all about what you just described. I grew up in the 60's, but my parents never bought us Pop Parts, so I have no memory either way.
As a teacher I love the Great Value Penguins. So much cheaper per oz than Goldfish. It helps when you are buying snack for 20+ kids.
While I love flowers 🌸 I love plain white dishes - let the food be the display.
I'm the same.
Besides once your food has been put in you don't see the design on the inside but you have all unmatching dishes on display ..
Don't love that look.
I go either white or black dishes.
I agree I have all white dishes
I'm not American so no where near to a Walmart but I still watch beginning to end ❤😀
Me too! 🇦🇺🦘
@@Lucy-sw6fj me too, NZ
Same here.😂
could you do a video on how and what to buy if you wanted to only eat unprocessed foods on a budget. This is something I want to try but I don't have the budget to shop at Whole foods.
Just buy a ton of frozen veggies and frozen fruits, everything that is a whole food is best, we say in my family Whole Foods is your Whole paycheck😉
Look for organic items and wild caught fish( sometime the frozen prices are better) at your favorite lower priced local store. Also look for the reduced priced same items. Of course watch for sales and what is in season.
Oh and grow a garden. :)
Frozen veggies, frozen unsweetened fruit, big bag of potatoes (White or sweet) head of cabbage, canned or dry beans and lentils, fresh or frozen greens, store brand unsalted nuts. Don't use oil or added sugar or too much added salt, eat until your full. Whole food plant based is easy on a budget. Meat and dairy are expensive or junky.
Oh- and store brand oatmeal, and make Christines homemade bread if you eat it.
The Pioneer Woman...it's a NO. The Great Value frozen blueberries...it's a YES!
💯 agree on the blueberries. Just had some with my breakfast. Never a smooshed spoiled berry in the bag.
Walmart brand chunky salsa - just like Pace, but WAY cheaper.
Not only is the chicken quarters bag a great deal for the meat, when you oven roast it as a sheet pan dinner, the bones are perfect for putting in your instantpot with water and veg scraps and cooking on high pressure for 3-4 hours for bone broth.
I'll stick to my Corelle dishes. They're white with teeny tiny blue flowers . They're microwave safe.
Corelle with blue flowers is a classic! Love them!😊
My son has severe autism and he loves all your walmart video please do more
Yes to Pioneer woman dishes. I would have said no way years ago. I'm embracing my "flowery granny" mode😂
We celebrated my daughter's bday, this week, at Cheesecake Factory. Fabulous meal. For desseet my husband and I shared a slice of white chocolate raspberry cc. The heavens opened up, angels were singing. I closed my eyes to savor each bite. Total yum.
That is my favorite flavor of cheesecake!!
🥞🥞🥞COUSIN T'S ARE THE BEST PANCAKES BECAUSE THEY TASTE LIKE FREEDOM ❤🤍💙❤🤍💙
Would you be willing to do a video on how to create your own sauces at home? For instance, even though Walmart has a dupe of the Chick-fil-A sauce, I'm sure there are other viewers of your channel who'd appreciate a video in dupe sauces, mixes, etc.
You mean condiments
We save money by not buying processed junk foods at all. Fresh produce is better for nutrition, but not bought from Walmart due to APEEL chemical coating and pesticides. Natural almonds are a good snack. Walmart brand canned beans, tomato sauce and vegetables are the cheapest for the organic.
My mom loves the pioneer woman line. For birthday and Mother’s Day I gift her something from that line so she can add it to her collection❤
I love ibotta! I used to get carried away with it, chasing their bonus rewards and would end up buying items that I don’t typically buy. So what I’ve been doing (that’s been working great for years) is only saving the items that I buy anyways. Awesome savings.
I appreciate the pioneer woman. It truly makes my heart smile but not IN my home. It’s too much and too busy. I like less is more in my home. But they do bring me joy.
Walmart brand 4 pound spaghetti is the best deal and they are packaged in 4 one-pound packs in the box.
A big "NO" on pioneer woman dishes. "YES" on 10 lb bag of chicken leg quarters that we are a huge fan. Last week Kroger was $7.99. I never have a problem with store brand products. 2 weeks ago Piggly Wiggly special was $5.99 for the 10 lb bag of leg quarters. It had the backs attached. I cut the backs away and got 2 more meals such as Chicken stew or chicken and dumplings, chicken broth. 11 leg quarters = 7 meals for our family for $5.99. Yep! Big Score. Bought 3 bags.
Frozen bananas and frozen sliced avocado a must for smoothies! 🥛
Do a video on healthy food!
I get a few basic items at Walmart (pasta, rice, canned beans, etc.) but avoid processed foods as much as possible at any price.
Unfrosted pop tarts heated up with real butter… extremely good!
We mix a packet of the ranch dip into a container of Greek yogurt and it makes a fat free salad dressing that tastes like ranch.
"Happy little cheesecakes"...I'm dying!
NO on the Pioneer Woman kitchen/dining anything.
Pw has been very irritating lately!! She's always trying to be funny but is not!!!!!
I like pioneer woman 😊
I agree. The quality is not great
The Better Homes & Gardens line at Walmart is amazing!!!👏
The walmart "secret sauce" next to the chicken sauce is exactly like bigmac sauce too
I love the strawberry non frosted Pop tarts, just gonna say😊
I think the Great Value Hint of Lime Tortilla Chips are an excellent deal
Another way to save at Walmart and on medical bills- don’t buy junk food, snacks, soda, bagels, etc. only buy produce, frozen fruits and veggies, meat, beans, nuts, and seeds.
100% AGREE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I agree too.😊
Be careful of Walmart produce, though, due to APEEL chemicals and pesticides sprayed on them. Walmart does have organic store brand canned and frozen fruits and vegetables, and canned beans and tomato sauce- all organic for cheap.
Yes! Unfortunately that's an unpopular opinion.
I get tired of plain water, miss a good ole coke but they hurt my stomach. What do you guys drink? Even milk is $3.50 a gallon
One of my favorite savings items at Walmart is the HUGE can of Knorr chicken bouillon for only $6! It lasts forever and saves SO much money over buying chicken broth!
I love that bouillon. I use it all the time too.
Gluten free products at Walmart are great! If you have to eat a specialty diet, Walmart is your best friend. Prices literally can’t be beat!
Yessss! Celiac hubs and I shop there a lot!
Any lists you can suggest? Newly diagnosed and learning what to shop for
@@melissamccoy1526 Buy whole foods that have one ingredient- fresh produce, meats, nuts, beans, seeds. They are all gluten-free by nature.
I like the flour blend (it's great for their dinner rolls recipe too), but the great value gf pasta is nasty. For the cheapest edible gf pasta I like barilla (at my walmart it's hiding with the regular barailla pasta). For the absolute best gf pasta I like Tinkyada brand.
Hi I enjoy watching your videos! I have to share what I learned…
Sams club carries Quaker Oats for .07 cents an ounce!!!!!!!!!
Yes it’s a large amount but they last forever!!
11.24 for 160 ounces
That beats all stores and I keep an eye on it they will run a monthly special on it.
Most stores only carry old fashioned OR instant but not both in the store but you can get it on their website shipped to you.
Frozen veggies are more economical then fresh, and I’ve recently learned that they are just as nutritious as fresh, so the only fresh veggies I buy anymore are salad greens! And I can attest that if there is a Great Value brand (Walmart’s store brand) item available, not only is it a cheaper option but it tastes the same as name brand items - bc it has the exact same ingredients (just read the label for yourself!).
UNfrosted Blueberry is the best poptart
I love that you mentioned Bob Ross. We were watching him when I was in labor with my son, 25 years ago. Happy trees! Thank you for all you do!
Find the podcast by Mike Rowe called the way I heard it about him. It is worth the listen! Also Sam’s had a color by number for adults. It’s fun.
I am a yes for Pioneer Woman flowery plates and cups !
Love pioneer women products, beautiful colors in grey/white world.
I get the 4 individual packets of Walmart brand ranch for $.50 each versus the 4 pack box of Walmart ranch for $2.48. I save $.48 just by buying 4 individual packs instead of a box of 4.
I so enjoyed the movie "Cool Runnings".
I ONLY eat unfrosted Pop-Tarts… and I desperately miss the unfrosted cherry 😢
The Great Value restaurant style tortilla chips are a must for me.
Walmart great value lightly salted chips are so good. Lightly salted so it helps blood pressure. The price was under $2. I thinl it was 65 grams of sodium. So much lower than most chips.also, thanks for the tip about 87 a lb. for leg quarters. We uad to pay $1.29 on sale the last time where our local store is cheaper.
Eating a grapefruit per day is also great for lowering blood pressure.
Yes, I really like the GV lightly salted chips. They used to be $3.18 for the large (13 ounce) bag, but lately, they have been Rollbacked to $2.86. The lightly salted tortilla chips are good, too.
@@ninnymuggins5159 Consult your doctor before eating grapefruit if you are on a statin (for cholesterol) or an SSRI (anti-depressant).
The best deal on pasta is getting the great value elbows in the 3 lb box!
YES! It's the best price per ounce. And elbows are versatile enough to use in soups, with spaghetti sauce, mac & cheese, etc.
🙋♀️ I’m the psycho who eats unfrosted blueberry poptarts 😂 it’s been my favorite flavor since I was a kid!
About 15 years ago, there was a recall on Peter Pan Peanut Butter AND Great Value Brand Peanut Butter because of the a problem in the factory where they were both made. I reasoned that if they are made in the same factory, they are probably the same substance with different labels. I switched my brand loyalty and buy almost exclusively GV products now. And save a ton of money!
I remember that vividly because I love Peter Pan peanut butter. I switched to my local grocery store brand and never went back. It was just peanuts.
@@angies5082I see what you did there😅
If you love Chick-fil-A, you'll be happy to know that their provider is the same one that produces Great Value chicken.
😮 really? That’s awesome to know 😀
Thank you for sharing how did you find this out?
@@joannevans8278 my stepdad works for the company and told me about it. It's John Soules foods if you want to research it yourself.
Mar- Jac (local) supplies our Chick Fil A. Is it the same there?
@@danniemcdonald7675 it's John Soules Foods in GA. They supply the area Chick-fil-A's and Walmart's.
Walmart is good but we have an Aldi about a mile from Walmart
Their frozen vegs beat Walmart
.89 for broccoli florets, corn, peas , green beans
I appreciate the realness of your videos coming from a strictly financial savings perspective! Great Value is great for those staples in the pantry and no shame for those who cannot afford the organic versions. Krusteaz anything is wonderful!
“Unfrosted pop tarts? What kind of psycho eats those?” I prefer them over frosted pop tarts actually 😂 The frosting is too sweet.
I was an exchange student in Greece when I was 15/16 years old. My host mother fed us the most delicious spread on thick lovely bakery bread as a snack. It wasn't until I was in my late 20s or 30s that I discovered that it was NUTELLA! hahahahha
The best way to keep strawberries is to chop them and glaze them the day you get them. Of course, when you do that, they are gone the next day 😂 but they don’t go bad!!😉
We love the movie Cool Runnings! Used to get it on VHS at the library once a month.
My favorite thing to do at Walmart is get the dollar French loaves of bread but get there when they're going to be discounted. I've gotten them for 40 cents a loaf and I'll get like 20 of them or so or however many I can and stick them in my freezer!
My local grocery store just had chicken drumsticks and a 10 lb bag on sale for.69!
Yes, Yes, YES! My fave too, and my kids!! That will fill the belly of a teen boy for sure!
My dad worked at a milk factory and it’s all the same they did so many gallons a day of their brand then so many more of great value just a different sticker. He got 4 free gallons every Friday we sometimes had great value sometimes the “fancy” brand. Same milk inside.
Mix the fiesta in cream cheese to make jalapeno poppers
The great value Nutella is excellent. My son LOVES Nutella and we swapped to that one and go thru it like crazy. His fav snack is spreading that on a tortilla and rolling it up. I enjoyed his combination of the mini cinnamon eggo waffles with the spread on it.... Cheezits dipped in it is actually pretty good also lol.
I hate Walmart. But I visit regularly because prices can’t be beat for: bread, yogurt, bagels and cream cheese, syrup, oatmeal packets. Meat fruit and veggies I buy elsewhere for better quality. Everything else, I’ll shop sales and stock up.
Frosted cherry is the best poptart
My son's oncologist told us to never eat Pop Tarts. She said they have cancer causing ingredients. We never bought them often but we had at that time so no more and we didn't miss them anyway.
@@TLC717 Sugar causes cancer, cavities, weight gain, diabetes and more..............
@@TLC717i am not from the US, so i never had those but they don't look good to me. I am sure it has so many crappy ingredients.
The frosted cherry - yum! My favorite too❤
Add a dash of vanilla to boxed pancake mixes to make them soooo much better. It brightens the flavor for lack of a better way to discribe it.
Walmart has its own brand of Oreos for half price!
“Happy little cheesecakes” 🎨 😂 OMG Yesssss! Felt that all the way in my soul! 🙋🏼♀️
Definitely a YES for the Pioneer Woman merchandise! Excellent quality at a reasonable price ❤
You finally went through the 50 lb bag of oatmeal you bought
The ending was the BEST of any video I've ever seen from you! The descriptions were poetry! ❤
I have been buying Great Value brand for years. I love all their products and the prices. My husband is a researcher of allllllllllllll things!!!!!! And All the Great Value products are made on those other expensive brands lines. So YES to G V!!!!
With all the price increases, watch out tho bc you may actually pay more getting great value than some name brands. Popcorn and taquitos are 2 examples that I have found. Yes the price may be a little cheaper, but the actual amount is a lot smaller (shrinkflation) even tho the box is same size in comparison.
Hi! Yes, I have been buying Greater Value ever since Walmart came to Canada. I have found them all great, except the cottage cheese. It was gross!!
Judy, I haven't bought much dairy except milk in the great value. ( for my hubby) dairy doesn't make me feel well. But I agree. Some of my favorite things are GV. :) 😀
Pioneer woman is ok. Bought her 32 oz mug with straw for 3.98. That one was cute.
I always love your energy!!!!!!
I love the Pioneer Woman coffee mugs.
That pancake mix is the ONLY one I will buy. Add vanilla extract too it they are so good
You know I love your videos when I live in Portugal, and Walmart doesn't exist, and I still watch till the end 😅
Love Cheesecake Factory....I go every year for my birthday 🎂. My dad used to work there when I was a little girl and always brought us home a slice of cheesecake to share with the rest of my siblings 😋. Those are memories I never forget ❤️.
Moms brand oatmeal at Walmart is cheaper. The container is smaller, but price/oz is better than Great Value brand.
Thanks for the dip idea. Never thought to make it with cottage cheese. Added it to my grocery list.
I like hummus or guacamole better, but that's my two cents 🥑
Unfrosted poptarts are a must if you're vegetarian. The frosting contains gelatin. The brown sugar cinnamon is hands down the best flavor.
I’m so glad I got two videos in one week….I wait for these!!
I have been using Lume for over two years and love it. I even gave them as stocking stuffers to my teen grandchildren.
Homemade bread toasted with butter and Nutella…pure heaven!
I am team flowery dish and def yes on UNFROSTED pop tarts!
hii im from the Netherlands and we don't have a Walmart I really enjoy your videos also just to see what the prices and products are. 😂
I agree that frosted cinnamon poptarts arethe best. But frosted blueberry is second.
OMG!!! I said the same with Reeses bucket lol!!
You can put butter on the unfrosted warm pop tarts. Yummmm 😊
I miss the days when you called Walmart Hades, made me chuckle every time!! On another note, Aldi had frozen veggies for 1.09 and watch the "steamtable" veggies at Walmart. Bought them and then read the back only to see they weren't "steamable", only microwaveble in a bowl and stovetop. Walmart gave me a $5 for the error. PS-I still steamed in the bag.☺ #rebel
You can never go overboard with Reeses.
The last time I passed up a cheesecake, it never left my mind. I kept kicking my own butt for days. Really. I shop twice a month because the store I shop at is 55 miles away. Never will I pass up a cheesecake again. Love your UA-cam!
True story...way back when, I bought a bag of those chicken leg quarters and defrosted the bag in my sink. I went to open the bag and the pressure from defrosting lifted a leg out of the bag. It was surreal because the chicken foot was still attached. Freaked me out. Took it back. Fast forward to today, I raise my own chickens. I have never bought that bag of chicken again, but I am no longer as sensitive! 😂😂😂
Great ideas and tips 🥰 Thank you for sharing
Name brand here are $1.47 at Albertsons market. & chicken legs 39 cents a lb for 10lb bag. & strawberries $1.97 fresh & $2.00 pine of blueberries Im glad NM had good prices
Yes, I love Pioneer Woman flowering stuff though I've only bought a couple of pieces. I already have too much other stuff. We hardly ever go to Walmart because it's a distance, but if I get near one soon I'll check out the Ibotta offerings for it. I'm hardly ever getting any offers any more that I use from them as connected to my local store. However, to be fair, we've been eating from the pantry a LOT!!
I'm very lucky to be near a Walmart that puts Pioneer Woman stuff on clearance constantly, so I've been fortunate to build quite a collection.
I love pioneer woman. It’s beautiful. I have a grey white kitchen and this is my pop of color.
Surprised you recommended hidden valley ranch packages. I really wanted to try them but stopped them years ago. They have mono sodium glutamate in them which is so so bad. It’s a flavor enhancer that gives many in my family an immediate headache which is insane. That has to be toxic if it does that.
Love the chicken dipping sauce though too.
Thanks for your great videos- look into monosodium glutamate though eap if you are living and promoting a healthy lifestyle! 👍🏻
So no offense to her but pretty much everything mentioned in this video is full of crap except the frozen fruits and veggies lol. I don't eat any of it and my diet isn't the best either 😂 so I'm one to talk.
Friday morning escapes with Christine the real WALMART. Thank you for the get away Christine we sure can use it😊
I've recently started buying a lot more Walmart brand products to save money.
Unfrosted strawberry PopTarts toasted with a little bit of butter on top… perfection! 🥰 My
Momma made me these when I was little and it’s still my favorite. ❤️
Butter on top? Now I totally want to try them!
Honey crisp apples are the best 🍎👏
Pioneer woman in moderation but not the dishes. I collect random Corelle dishes in blue and white. No to pop tarts and nutella. I only buy organic oats. I love their organic steel cut oats! I usually cook them with frozen fruit for breakfast.
An occasional treat is the market side chicken brats. Yum! My daughter's favorite is jalapeno cheddar.
I do buy their 4 packs of regular low-fat yogurt. We love the orange flavor! Then I get organic granola and mini chocolate chips for mix ins. It's much cheaper than the chobani flips. I have been wanting to get back into making my own yogurt and granola again. It's just so much easier to pick it up at the store. I agree with you on the homemade pancakes. My family revolts if I use a mix. I may have to give Krustez a try. Thanks for a great video!
Yes! I'm a gardener. Love anything floral. Find mine at thrifts or clearance.
