I drilled one a month ago and threw my first few games with it. It took me BACK. I had the OG Cell and it was a boomerang then I followed it up with my Hyper Cell. Ridiculous amounts of hook, but I also shined the Hyper Cell up so I could get it through the front. I noticed that the cover on the X-Cell puts out a major ass whuppin on the pattern similar to OG NRG Solid back in the day and if you missed out on the Gem, you definitely need this one. It does all the right things for sure and for the complete nostalgia trip from Utah, pair it with a Virtual Energy Blackout and a Hy-Road. MONEY. Also shot 716 in league with it in tandem with my 2024 Hy-Road on LEGAL string pins at Grand Sierra in Reno.
Great video, love the comparison! Would love to see a 3-4 ball league arsenal and a 6-8 ball tournament one (all manufactures included, not a manufacture specific one).
Love the comparison and the Cell line was money for me back when those first came out. Loved the Cell, Cell Pearl and Rogue Cell. Definitely looking forward to trying out the new X-Cell.
Nice comparison Charles! I picked up my BW 3.0 only 6 weeks ago and it is great! The X-Cell looks like it would fit the same slot in the bag. I have a Motiv Black Venom for the slot in the bag the Ion Pro would go.
I had the Cell, Strike Cell, and Cell Pearl and all were bangers. Strike Cell may have been an overseas release. Very nice comparison. X Cell looks a bit different than the original.
The nuclear cell was hands down the hardest hitting ball I owned it has a very distinct sound when hitting the pins. That being said the BW 3.0 made me change where I typically throw my ball on house shots. I have to move way inside to keep that ball from blowing by the 9 pin because it was just too strong.
This is the comparison I wanted! I for sure wish I'd of gotten this instead of the harsh reality. Damn that's Roto Grips BW 3.0. It would have been a better compliment when i wanna take my SPI bag to league instead of my Hammer/Ebonite
@TheHype-Bowling I see you said let the harsh reality lane shine up. Current summer league pattern is low volume 44 ft. I ended up trying different surfaces on it because it just dies on me in game 1. Trying 1k this week if that does work I might just let it completely shine up instead of always hitting it with a pad.
Great Video... might have to pick up this XCell for those heavy oil patterns... I also have the 3.0... so might not be entirely necessary but sure would be fun. Also... JOPO is only good until the ball swells. Then you cant get the dang thing out and you cant just take your sanding tool and open it up a bit more... because the locking mechanision is built into the sleeve... unlike Turbo grips. You really should be more honest about the JOPO issues... they are quiet significant vs the other brands... explain How JOPO is better when SWELLING occurs and locks up your thumb slug?
All interchangeable systems face swelling issues. Yes, to compensate your Proshop will have to drill it out. And than sand out the ball. But jopo has specific ways to drill the thumb hole to compensate for ball swelling and a number of Proshop don’t use the jopo glue that is thinner and allows the ball to fluctuate without causing tightness. But if you would like help finding solution the team and jopo is very responsive and helpful in eliminating this issue if you are continuing to have problems of this nature.
@@TheHype-Bowling It also might be worth asking the PSO if they are using all the certified drill bits and installation tools. Any shortcuts you take with installation will worsen these issues.
@@TheHype-Bowling Some Locations have large shifts in Temperature and pressure. Phoenix AZ is one of them... in the Winter the nights can be in the 30s and the daytime its in the 70s and 80s... if a ball is subjected to that level of temperature drop and rise... expansion and contraction tasks place no matter how well your pro shop drills it... because you cant drill it too lose... and hope the ball snuggs up... if its too loose... the dang sleeve will come out. So I think JOPO is a thumb system for OPTIMUM conditions... whereas TURBO grips for example... cannot be affected by swelling because the locking mechanism is on the slug and not the sleeve and any snugness can be fixed by sandinding the outer sleeve out a little to ease the slug in/out.... or add a piece of take to the outside of the slug to snug the thumb in the sleeve if the tabs are getting worn.

Love the Cell line returning!!!
this is the matchup I wanted to see!
Would love to see the X-cell comparison to the Harsh reality or Eternity Pi on a heavy volume sport shot.
Great video, love the comparison! Would love to see a 3-4 ball league arsenal and a 6-8 ball tournament one (all manufactures included, not a manufacture specific one).

Yeah not real need to double down unless you need to replace.
Another banger!! Keep em coming bro! 😎

That was awesome....buddy of mine has a black widow 3.0.....he likes it alot

Great video. Loved the talk about strong balls and adjustments. Good luck in Chicago.

Yeah a lot of people I’ve seen polish the 3.0 because of how strong it is.

Yeah I think roto grip is going to find a lot of success with this ball. The harsh reality is a lot of ball for most people.

I'm building my arsenal to 6 balls from 3. X-cell looks like its going to pair well with my attention star as the top 2 in my bag.
Most definitely. Handle more oil and give you a nice shape on the lanes!
Wrap 10 at 10:31. Great shot. Ish happens.
Wild times!
honestly i think that kind of comparison video would be better than this video would watch for sure. 16:50 fav xcell and 5:34 fav 3.0 shots
Okay
KABOOM!!! Love ya and your work bro, keep it up!!! #GetHyped
I really appreciate how you show the specs of the balls you compare the ball of the day against.

I have never had this problem.

What are some pieces you like to attack carry down?
Typically surface, like these, or ion pro with surface. Ultimate Defender with surface would be a good option.
BW 3.0 with surface. Created carry down with purple hammer today on purpose. BW with surface was shaping lovely.
Curious where it sits with the eternity pie. Slightly cleaner?
Can't wait to get this and replace my cracked Hyper Cell Skid
Damn you were on one this video
How does xcell compare to bw 2.0
What shoes are those?
KR TPC Limited Edition Hype Pink Plus: bit.ly/47Hotle
Do you feel this ball is better than the DNA?
This makes me wanna break out the Cell I hade when I was in 9th-10th grade.
What’s the name of the damn shoes
Kr Strikeforce Hype pink. Limited edition
do you throw 14 or 15 pounds? Everyone is telling me to go up in weight.....hmmm
this is a medium to HEAVY oil ball
The hammer 3.0 is nothing more that the “Ghost” 2.0” with a different color. The ghost has all of the properties of the 3.0. Marketing .etc.etc.etc.
Ball is a truck
