As someone who has worked in the industry and kept fish for nearly 30yrs, yes he needs more structure.
It’s just weird how he stacked all the rocks onto 1 whole pile in the middle. Natural environments don’t look like that! It just proves he just buys and takes these animals out of the ocean for views

Nick you should use that extra pond to quarantine new fish so you don’t hav the same issue of all the fish getting sick. :)

Hey Nick the pond is really cool buddy, the Cod is gorgeous he thought you had food is why he triggered a feeding response. You know what would be awsome and they'll be safe that is a Queen Angel , Black or Grey Angel or a French Angel they're all from around here in our area 🤔 they get real nice and big after years , but mostly the size of Batman I'm sure you know how pretty they are. Just a idea ✌🐠😊🐟

Take the pvc pipes and cover them with sand and put rocks on the entrances, so the eels can hide
More structure and pc pipes for the eels and try dividing the structure so all the territory can be separated so everyone can have their own space
