One thing : It’s better to take off the wheels to clean them. The iron particle remover turns the rotor totally purple because there’s a pad compound layer that was deposited after the bed-in procedure. Your cleaning process removed it, tell your clients to have their brakes bedded again or they will face unequal pad deposit during hard brakings with shakings in the pedal and the steering wheel.
if i had to nitpick, i would clean the inside of the windshield after you blow the dust out, apart from that, you guys are awesome and i love your videos so much, real pros

There are so many products being used. Are they dangerous or toxic? Do they need to be collected instead of washing away into the soil?
I think at £170 it's cheap TBF. All the cleaning products, time to get to the job, insurance, overheads etc. etc. You can probably only fit 2-3 of these in a day. The people that don't get it will just keep paying £10 for an acid wash at the local car wash. Keep it up...top work

Hey mate what type of detail brush quality is suitable to use to polish the tyre till shine? Is it the softest one like for the interior, or the hardest one, or the medium brittle ones?
Hey good question, theres 2 brushes you will need to achieve a great shine.
The first one will be the Tino stiff brush, this will give the tyre a deep clean.

What did you use on the ceramic brakes/ wheels I’ve always used car shampoo on mine as didn’t want anything chemical to damage them
Yes, we use snow foam and car shampoo on wheels with ceramic brake disks, however this particular car had normal break disks, which meant that I could use wheel cleaner.

We use our own 3 bucket method:
1 bucket for the upper section, 1 one for lower and 1 for wheels. Each bucket has its own mitts

Never dry with a microfiber towel. Always use an absorber.

meanwhile i spend an hour on my car, damn near running to get it cleaned in time and my wife acts like i’ve abandoned her in the wild for a week.

Worst thing you can do is pressure wash a car. I’ve been in the cleaning industry for 20 years and I have ran 2 successful cleaning companies. I would never pressure wash a vehicle especially a high end vehicle like this.

You could spend all day on that….. a lot of chemicals, patience and work! Easily £3-500 for that……. And if your getting more then good for you, cleaning is underpaid.
