She said a lot stuff that was on her mind...like the stuff that would pop into in your mind in the moment. she didnt have a filter. Now she has a filter and feels more polished. It's akward because she's goofing around the whole time while crew is silent. It's not literally akward, it's comedically akward. It's a title posted by Vogue themselves. The whole thing is like a sketch or whatever.
