A walk around Perth Zoo, ep 106

- Late late late I know.
Welcome to Perth Zoo.
After flying into Perth Airport last night, I have made my way straight to Perth Zoo,with help from Google maps.
Never been here before but glad I made the trip.
Opened in 1897,I think the Zoo is on 41 acres,with great gardens and animals (der ).
I didn't realise how many Orang-utans they had,Sunday Bear,Tiger,too many to name.
As the Zoo is open all year round, they do have to do maintenance and construction so occasionally you might here some powersaws.
I might get a yearly pass as I'll be in Perth every 3 weeks.
So the job is going well,a driving job of course.
Sorry for a late video as I ran out of footage, I filmed this on Wednesday and uploading today Saturday.
Have been going around filming as much as I can to edit while I'm in Karratha.
So thanks for sticking around, I'm still making videos, and I'll see you next week.

G'day Bill, long time since I left a comment, not long got out of Hospital after having major heart surgery, think I've got a few more years left now. It's a long time since I've been to a zoo, since the kids were young. I've caught up with all your videos, fantastic ones of Albany and Esperance, the drone footage was amazing. Ahh there you are Smokey,welcome back mate,so your recovering from a big operation. I hope your resting well,I made back over to WA as you would have seen.Driving buses in Karratha, FIFO from Perth, building the funds back up,and maybe upgrading to a vehicle I can stand up in etc.I think the time has come for that.I was glad to get back to Esperance and Albany to get some drone footage, the Dolphins were a complete surprise, I've just put the drone up 5 minutes ago at LANCELIN which is a beach community north of Perth. Getting as much footage as I can to edit while I'm in Karratha.
