That still hasn't been confirmed yet, it's only a rumor still as we speak. Paramount hasn't even figured out who they'll cast as shadow. We likely won't know until the end of the spring or sometime in the summer.

Man I missed these, Shadow coming out with N-word was based and Elba Knuckles was a pleasant surprise. Also am I the only one that always looks at Ryan and Jason Sonic’s wrists and admire their cool accessories whenever they show up and not just their color palette? Okay I knew this had to happen the minute the game was announced and this was just as funny as I thought it would be. Though what really made me happy was the surprise cameo of Idris Alba knuckles and quite honestly probably my favorite knuckles lol. I say this because there's been some Tyler Perry movies been playing around in the background and one of them has Idras in it so now every time I see that 1 movie with him in it all I'm thinking about is oh so knuckles is the guy who has like 3 daughters and is trying to protect them from his awful ex-wife lol. Still a great little short there!

Hey, Sonic has a point. Shadow really does feel like an “advertisement” for the 3rd movie. If he wasn’t, then why wasn’t SegaSammy confident in giving the black hedgehog another chance at his own game? As far as we know, this would be much shorter than Bowser’s Fury by the speed Sonic gameplay goes. So why not show an full actual level, Sega?
Sega: Naaaaah, we’re fine with this misty CGI and 5 seconds of level design. Fans will eat it up and investors will be pleased.
I’m “starting” to wonder if the general public actually cares about Sonic outside of the movies or he’s still very isolated outside the fanbase. My hunch says it’s the latter.
He's still pretty popular but it's mostly thanks to the movies also yeah they should've showed more of shadow generations since we saw only 5 seconds of gameplay.
