if the main power switch is turned off, the module will not be powered - so nothing will work
if the main power switch is turned on, it will work as the video shows
the manufacturer has made a fatal error in the software
the status of the outputs must be defined after the power is turned on !!!
a) state off
b) last state prior to shutdown

EvilHaman yes, it works perfectly with broadlink , am currently using along with Google home mini.
