Brand of that green fineputty? Looks so easy to apply... like spreading butter to bread. Easy to sand too if you can start with 220 grid.

Is putty necessary when the surface is flat and smooth? Can you just use primer?

If it is really smooth,you can apply only primer and putty.putty is for making things straith.
