Ice cream isn't basic at all my dude. As you know, it pairs incredibly well with a lot of menus. There's a reason why most fining dining restaurants serve it. It's just in the prep and execution of it is what makes the difference. Love your style and your videos. I'm really tired of the rest of the cooking channels out there.
Lol, thanks for saying that man! You're right, and it's fun to see the wild flavors offered at different tasting. Chefs are doing some crazy stuff... I've even heard of savory ice cream being a thing. Wild.
Killing it Adam. We got a 2 for 1 in this episode - peach ice cream AND cones! Was kinda expecting the rolling of cones to be a Colorado or Washington thing though :D
Yo! Thanks homie. That's a Sahara I believe. brodandtaylor.com/pages/dehydrating?gclid=Cj0KCQjw8uOWBhDXARIsAOxKJ2Ey2-SRgLKgD1neDxensEdYu1cfHTeYx3UTSBkjONDsi9ckGOWkEUQaAgUTEALw_wcB
I’ve got the perfect idea when you get to TN. You should do a wet battered fried chicken a la “Gus’s world famous fried chicken”. You have a franchise in Chicago so you could do some R&D. It’s the best chicken in the state and started in TN. Also, there’s very few wet battered fried chicken vids on the tube.
Yeah it was kind of a half joke. Outside Quebec, there isn’t exactly any food that you can call Canadian. Except I guess the Nanaimo bar which comes from BC.
I've spent most of my life in GA, and yeah it's "the peach state", but its the 3rd largest producing state behing Cali and South Carolina...and we didnt grow up eating peach ice cream, its no ones signature dish. A peacgh cobbler or peach pie...maybe. Looks like a good recipe but not really representative of Georgia cuisine IMHO. If Georgia does have a unique cusiine its defintiely more lowcountry/coastal, sould food and BBQ.
Im from Georgia and Ive never heard or seen peach ice cream Im not big on sweets I hate that when people cook Georgia they go to a peach recipe when we don’t even eat peaches like that nor do you see any peach trees in Georgia like that if anything we are known for soul food and chicken wings
Amazing recipe man!!! Keep up the awesome work!!
Thanks homie and Thanks for watching the premiere!
As a Georgia native I can tell ya'll that this is not the way 99% of Grandmas in Georgia make peach ice cream!
99% of grandmas also aren't trained cooks. 🤷♂
@@AdamWittlol! Come tell that to my Grammy! IF you live, you’ll come away with a new definition of “trained”….😂😂😂
Good thing he's not a Georgia grandma then, isn't it?

Thank you dude! Lol, I see what you did there.
Great job as always, man. What’s that beauty of a dehydrator you’re using here? I’m ready for an upgrade. Keep up the good work!

Cooking Canada!?!?

That said, there are a ton of Québécois dishes.
Okay, I'll say this on each and every content platform when I see it happen, but you and Chef Joe Sasto? The stuff of culinary homie dreams.
I'll say it everytime too - He's the man. lol.
Fun fact: South Carolina produces more peaches than Georgia 🍑
Who has a dehydrator or 4-12 hrs in the oven? 🥺
A chefsteps subscriber I see.
