Thanks for your thoughts and comments, Green valley is hardly in the middle of no where. It is full of million dollar mansions and I certainly would buy this house if I had the money. this is a quality house, I have seen so many with a million dollar price tag and they are not worth half of the asking price but this one will sell.

Does this house come with land ownership for foreigners? Is the buyer only getting the structure?
