50:33 I have Ideation as my #1 and Deliberative as my #2 with Command at #3, Significance at #4, and Strategic at #5. These combine to make me generate a variety of reasonably sound, practical ideas sure to make an impact, allows me to quickly sort through them, and select the ones that best serve my needs. This combo usually works well for rapid solo or group innovation.
Sometimes the combo bogs me down in "analysis paralysis," but when it works, watch out! As an author, this might be the perfect Top 5, or certainly one of them. I'm an idea machine, but moderated by what ideas make the most sense in the moment. In-between projects is when I allow my Ideation freer reign to roam at random. 😉

Nice. I can get a bit haphazard, with connectedness as my #1, and ideation as my #2, then restorative at #3. I want to fix it before it's done, so I make bigger messes.

Sounds like a Gemba kaizen where the manager is being left in some working place for the whole day while asking himself about "how can I improve it", "How can I do it better", "How we can do it cheaper". All those questions are pretty important for working with ideation, as well as have a tool to work with them. All imaginable optimization and constant improvement can be a result of the use of Ideation strength.

Ideation has scope and scale. You can use it to solve mundane problems all the way up to world hunger and deflecting asteroids...it's the reason I rarely watch movies since my own ideas are so entertaining....

I have always wondered why I could do that. The thing is that everyone always tell me it's impossible. They will dismiss my ideas as frivolous, or stupid. It is my #2 strength. But I find it's the one I used to use most often. and to make matters worse my #1 is connectedness.

Everybody can have Amazing Ideas, 1000 at once. It comes with practice. Wasn't there a time you were a baby laying on the floor wondering how people are walking around? And then you practiced, began to walk, now you can run. It's the same with ideas

That's why routines don't work for me.
