    You left the ride out of the suitcase because it doesn't fit in or because you thought it wouldn't be safe for the ride?

    • @pascalthielen8918
      @pascalthielen8918 4 роки тому +11

      I left it out because it wouldn't really be safe. I don't want to scratch it up, but it would fit.

    What about mounting the shell in the suitcase like you did but give it more depth on the outside in order to mount more lugs to get a tunable head?

    Warwick from Wazinator Australia here. We make a suitcase kick drum pickup system called the Wazinator Zombie. I'm wondering if I could send you one to try out? thanks

    What is the suitcase size?

  • @soulproprietor

    Great sounding kit! I love it. But - I wish there was a little more detail given on the installation of bass drum head, shell and lugs. I have already found most of the parts needed for this second hand, and this video is the only one I found where a head was installed into the suitcase instead of just using a soft beater directly on the side of it. But I can't really tell how you got it to stay in place! You didn't really show that part...

      @@fidenciogomez.1783 Really happy you took the time to respond. I still can't quite figure out how the bass drum head is tensioned / tuned. Also is there a shallow drum shell inside the suitcase? Cheers

  • @punk_rock
    @punk_rock 3 роки тому

    What kind of drum you're using for snare and tom? I didn't found such "thin" drums in local music stores. Or this is just a normal snare drum splitted into two parts by electric saw?

    • @frankiedoe4437
      @frankiedoe4437 3 роки тому +1

      it is probably a piccolo snare, most brands make a piccolo snare drum. and as far as i can trell the tom was definitely sawed in half
