Hope you feel better. Get plenty of rest. I've got long covid and it is a nightmare I've been sick every day for eight months but seem to be getting better at a snails pace.
Hope you get over it soon.
Thanks, appreciate it.
I hope that you both feel better soon.
Harrisonburg VA? I grew up in Harrisonburg! Such fond memories of the Shenandoah Valley. Now in Charlotte NC … just found your channel. Love the content! Thx. Just getting into reselling - and beginning my postcard journey, among other focuses. Best wishes. 👍🏼
Hi John, hope your wife recovers swiftly and you start feeling better as well!
That unsigned Clapsaddle was an adorable card 😊
Do you notice a “following” of buyers on your EBay? I wondered you can determine if the EBay buyers are buying based on searches for you, or based on searches for the cards.
Have a great week!
Hope you and your wife feel better soon 😊
thank you
As a Canadian, it would be nice if more US sellers were willing to use untracked (non-eBay Global Program). I always sell cards with $1.85 shipping US/Canada & $3.25 WW (Canada does not have tracking except for packages - minimum $10 - likely $15+).
I find postcard (and Stamp) buyers are honest. I have sold $100+ stamps, and $50 postcards (no tracking - yes my risk). Never really had an issue (once an item was not received because a temp worker was dumping mail). It would be nice to be able to buy a $15 card from the US without paying $15+ for shipping. Just my opinion.
Most the time it’s not a lack of trust in the buyer but in the postal system. That said for cards under $20, I do offer international shipping with stamp only
Like Memphisblazer, mostly sub $20 cards go with a stamp. Over the past 2 months I've had more international buyers state their cards didn't show up, than I usually have in a year. International sales account for a very small amount of my sales. Since I'm getting tired of losing money in an area that doesn't bring much in in the first place, newer listings (above $10) have to go by 1st class paid for by the buyer.
@@memphisblazer2476 Good to know.
@@PopeyesPostcards Mail systems seem to be getting worse in general, but USPS is likely the culprit in these cases. Can't fault anyone for protecting their business.
