I like to imagine that in the sufferhymn world/server/shard/verse that the main cast of the game are basically actors/celebrities there. Like with Meteor starring in terrible shows, Zenos being hired to cheer Lyon up and Arenvald just coasting by on his status as a hero to get laid.

Very fun to watch, got a lot of laughs out of the comedy and more than a few jaw drops from the action sequences... and all this with just stop motion basically? All of the lip-sync is stop motion, and then pretty much any time the character is still or frozen. But the rest is done with in-game animations or modded animations and then a tonne of patience and editing 🤣

Cinder gives off Velvet Crowe and Lightning energy, I love it. A lot of the shots of Cinder walking into the room were pretty neat, reminds me a lot of the cutscenes of Lightning walking from Lightning Returns. You did a good job on those. :0

Alright Suffer, ive been binging alot of your videos and have commented on a few because i thoroughly enjoy them. Which also means ive seen the "drama" that has ensued and i have read one of your comments saying that you block people who dont give legitimate criticism but just spew shite that isn't helpful or just instigates more drama which is honestly understandable, people saying "OH this content isnt good at all" or any kind of similar sleight are wrong, sorry to say to those who did make those types of comments, there is genuinely really good work and effort present in your videos and it would be absolutely shameful of me to condemn it just because i dont agree with something you did which is a segway to my next point.
Ok. So i believe you can talk to someone you disagree with WITHOUT being a cunt about it and thats what i will do. I personally didn't like that you used AI generated voicelines in that one video as im a worker of the creative arts such as yourself, i think its morally wrong to use ai recreations of a real persons voice when you dont have their consent, mostly because it can be used in kinda heinous ways (WHICH YOU CLEARLY HAVE NOT from what ive seen, just some funny jokes here and there) and i believe you should honestly pay for their work if you can! Something youve stated you would much prefer doing which, awesome btw, is definitely a good way to go about it. I think splicing voices and everything kinda falls in the same region and also not because its very obvious that its... Well spliced clips of things these people have already said so youre kinda just using whats already out there for everyone to see youre just remixing them as do a lot of sfm creators with their tf2 shorts and videos being made. But i dont think thats a reason for me to go out of my way to degrade you just because i disagree with something you've done, SOMETHING ALOT OF PEOPLE FEEL WAY TOO COMFORTABLE DOING NOWADAYS.
Its very obvious youre not using AI (when you do) for malicious reasons and i think its great you credited pretty much everything that needed to be credited, you clearly respect work others put out and know what its like to use these things in an unjust way. So my advice to you as a FAN is to not rely on AI too much if you can do well without it as your videos has much more charm with just the spliced voices (in my opinion ofc) and maybe... I think you should kinda.. Reframe the callout scene, because i think its fair that if you dont want furthur drama then you shouldn't also like instigate it as well? Thats usually why these things spiral out of control sometimes and give people more ammunition to use against you.
I get that its not really THAT guy because its just an avatar and what not but its just a bit uncalled for. Meeting hate with hate only results in more im afraid :c i really do understand where youre coming from but its about being the bigger person here really.
All that jazz aside, an amazing video was made and its was entertaining as all hell! The voices clearly had effort put into it to get the pitches and tone right. The fight scenes were VERY cool and god the amount of times i busted a lung laughing throughout what im going to call a cinematic masterpiece, is concerning. Cheers Suffer, dont get too tangled in all of that mess people want to see you actively be a part of, but also dont furthur fuel the fires of their ire. Some people just like to watch people burn at the stake but others do have genuine concerns and criticisms because they care to some extent about the person behind the content and i do hope i come off as the latter and not the former.
I genuinely appreciate the time you took to write this and will happily dedicate the time to writing back.
Firstly, thank you for understanding in regards to your first paragraph, your own words are something that I value in terms of thoughtful criticism, so I appreciate it.
Secondly, I appreciate that you have thoughtfully disagreed with me. So I would love to share the process behind the recreation of these voices, not to try and sway your opinion, but to hopefully bring to light that the creation of these is usually a massive frontload of work that saves a lot of time later on. The AI itself doesn't belong to me; it belongs to the company I pay a subscription fee to. That AI is trained on hundreds of hours of audiobooks and podcasts. The training process itself is beyond my scope. But regardless, you can then use it to generate voices and set the kind of parameters that you want it to generate with. I'll then regenerate over and over and over until I get something usable. The Urianger voice actually has an Irish accent 90% of the time, and the Zenos voice in Steamed Hams actually spanned more than a hundred pages of generations. Which I only did because Luke Allen Gale wasn't on Cameo at the time. (He is back now, and if he accepts my upcoming request, he will make an appearance in an upcoming video)
I also regularly pay for voice work, which can be extremely expensive, and I spent more than a grand on voice work for this video, for example. But that's what the Patreon exists for-to offset the cost so that I don't have to sell my belongings to fund my passion project. And because I am unable to walk properly or work in a typical environment, I can't work 'more hours' to pay for it.
I also have only had one good interaction with a voice actor online so far who didn't DM me to tell me what they thought of me but who gave me their exceptional reel and offered their talent to me, and they now will regularly appear and be paid by me for their work. He also gets his take right almost immediately, is exceptionally talented, and his range is incredible (he was multiple characters in this video), which is far easier than regenerating hundreds of times.
I am aware that there is the option of taking on new talent, but the irony of people trying to abuse me into taking on new talent is that the reputation they perpetuate about me often drives that talent away. So they actually end up doing more harm than good.
I won't name or point out anyone in particular. But if someone comes after me, I will clap back. I go one for one, so if someone wants to go two for one, I'll go two for two. Certain people get their fulfilment from the pity of others to make up for their own perceived shortcomings and lack of self-confidence. People also do not change unless they experience self-clarity or are forced into a situation where they have to, so if there is someone who is emotionally weak who finds benefit in and emotional fulfilment by seeking pity, they will continue to do so. And I won't dedicate any of my time to making someone whose previous behaviour showed they were likely going to attack me anyways, comfortable when they don't have my own interests at heart.

I guess the issue is that funding said company is technically also just encouraging others who have less than savoury intentions to continue "robbing" people of their actual opportunities to work, but i cant just ignore the factors that comes with your end of the deal as well, theres scheduling and getting the takes right and not wanting to take up too much of a persons time, proper communication to get the right takes and much more i might not be aware of. Theres definitely much more intricacies to this than a black and white narrative. Not to mention what you spent thousands on something we literally watch for fucking free. So... YEEEAHH...pulling up the point i made earlier, disagreement with one's actions ≠ a free pass for me to disrespect you. (again im really glad you still would prefer working with actual talent when you can. )
Im glad at least that my comment came off the way i wanted it to. I still have my disagreements on a few things, like how youre replying to most of those comments and trust when i say theyre going to just use that against you in the long run in a very "SEE I TOLD YOU THIS GUY ISNT COOL" way. I understand not being confrontational, I can deal with conflict, personally. I worked as a bouncer/security guard in some super dodgy clubs and pubs, without sounding like a "I am so tough," there's a difference between having a gang of bikies (which is the equivalent of the Mafia in Australia) waiting for you at your car, or having a knife or broken bottle pulled on you, vs. emotionally charged words which goes away when I close Twitter. But that ability to deal with confrontation comes from exposure as well, so I don't expect everybody to have it.
I don't include the names of anyone I take jabs at, namely because they don't deserve the attention. But also for legal reasons. Whereas specifically naming someone, inciting witch hunts, spreading misinformation and defaming someone can actually have legal ramifications. And if I wanted to waste time and money on that I could, but I'd rather just keep on creating videos and entertaining people.
I don't think at any point I've mentioned that any of this upsets me. But you are one hundred percent correct regarding the lack of coherence when it comes to the criticism, I can count on one hand and have fingers left over the number of people who disagree with my usage of AI that have been willing to have a conversation and share their opinion like an adult without being disrespectful. And you yourself are one of them. And if you or anybody were to ask me, "How did you recreate the voices?" I would happily walk through how I did it.
And the reality is, attacking me won't make me change my mind or 'learn a lesson,' it will just put me on the defensive, make me see people who have that opinion through a lens of disdain and do the opposite of what they want.
I do appreciate the notion of what I believe you are saying in 'supporting a company encourages others who have less than savoury intentions,' by which I am assuming you mean, 'by supporting it you are helping it grow,' and if we applied that logic, then we'd have to do that to everything we support financially, which is a whole other can of worms I won't get into. (But also making assumptions is also wrong of me, so correct me if I am wrong.)
When I leave a comment on the internet, I'm aware that it's going to be there forever, screenshot and potentially brought up ten years later. So when I do, I am actively deciding what is the best course of action for a response. During this situation, I haven't gone out of my way to attack someone, I've only responded if people have actively attacked me first. And, once again, if someone doesn't like me, it's not my duty to make them feel welcome or comfortable. The reality as well, is that unfortunately, I used to believe that being silent and just blocking them was the best course of action, actively clapping back in this situation has deterred a lot more people than last time, (it's also way more fun, not gonna lie.) But last time, for about two weeks straight I would wake up to find negative messages, with some of them wishing death upon me, telling me they will find where I live and murder me and so on. Which were all reported and deleted.
And then finally onto actual thoughtful criticism. When someone intelligent takes their time to analyse what I do and offer their insight into a way I could improve, I will treat that as if they want to see the best for me, and not an attack on who I am or what I do, and I find that very valuable. Reading what you've sent me has been very enjoyable and allowed me to see from a different perspective and learn something new. So again, I am very grateful.
I've learnt, nearer the end of this video's production, how to properly pace myself, so fingers crossed I can keep these new habits in place, and not have any more 18 hour editing sessions, followed by experiencing my own dream through the Preview window of Premiere Pro. 🤣

Yes, you are correct, Hellglaive wear all the FOMO PVP sets from the Feast.
My video lore is that the newest member gets a suit of armour made that's named after the previous member's title. So it's like:
Hayabusa 'Shadowstalker' wears the Hellhound set. (Hellhound set is the Black and Red Spiky set)
Nihilyon 'Shadowcleaver' wears the Shadowstalker set.
Hopefully that helps and doesn't make things even more complicated 😂

There are a couple of things I want to learn first on the technical side, and I want to make sure all the plugins and mods I need to make videos continue to work in Dawntrail, before I commit to it. But I really want to make a proper side series, like how WoW did with their Lords of War animations, that goes over each of the members of Hellglaive through their own shorter videos, all done in the cinematic style like the Shadowstalker vs Cinder fight, and then go through Nihilyon's own history to tie them all together.
That's the long-term, but I would hate to start something like that, and then come Dawntrail find out that mods/plugins are broken forever 🤣So I will plan accordingly 🤩✨

A lot of them are AI generated, characters Nihil, Meteor, Leo and Lincoln (who's in another video) is my own voice put into the AI.
I hire vocal talent like what you heard in Eren on the TV, one of the Face 1s and Goku and Vegeta.
And then I pay indie actors, impressionists and friends (usually a lump sum) to lend me their voices to recreate them so I can use them whenever I need them.
And then I use the default generation setting as well 🥰💕
