It spooks me that the USA gets different boxes vs the world. To me the USA boxes have a far better selection. The international box has lots of repeats. I bumped into a HW collector in store who aims for the Japanese models. As for Treasure Hunts here in Oz. The shop staff remove them all as they are pegged. Rarely ever do I see them. With the advent of e-bay the temptation to re-sell stock you have first access to is now a small industry. I do like the Hot Wheels theme Bone Shaker. If I was a HW collector I would collect the HW Theme cars. As for the Batman car...nup

I went to my local Auto Zone in my town that was close to me and I found some Hot Wheels cars for their 50th Anniversary! There was Bone Shaker, Rodger Dodger and the '68 Dodge Dart in black and gold colors. I only found Rise & Climb with 50th wheels. Can't wait to find Bone Shaker in those wheels! I also found some classic Hot Wheels there with vintage red line wheels and came with buttons, there was only two I found, the custom '67 Mustang and the '67 HEMI Barracuda! 😀

I watched a documentary recently about the design and manufacture of the (full scale) Aston Martin 177 and they explained that only 77 models of those were made, so the Lamborghini Miura Homage run of only 50 models sounds to be a similar approach. Certainly makes them very exclusive!

To any collectors in Ontario (it might be the same in other places idk) some dollarama stores store their hotwheels cases on top of the shelves and I've found many USA release treasure hunts there

My Walmart had almost 500 cars in a bin and I found 2 supers of the Lamborghini, Cuda and Audi. Not seen than in 2 years of hunting. Hopefully you’ll find ur treasures soon.
