Italian mandolin: Villetta Barrea (waltz)

This is an Italian waltz by D. Di Janni, arranged by Joseph Gioe and published in 1914 by Di Bella Music in New York. As far as I can see, the tune has never been recorded and there are no other published arrangements. Nice, though!
Villetta Barrea is a mountain village in the highest part of the central Appenines, hard on the border between Abruzzo and Lazio. Presumably the original home of Sr Di Janni.
