Saffiyah is the ultimate waifu for me so im definitely going for her no matter what once she appears. According to some info it'll be after a week from now (Magnus and Dantalion banner just appeared today and I hile I was aiming for Magnus I scored Dantalion, Gloria and Iggy).
Getting Dantalion and Gloria is great; their appearance rate in the later stages is much higher than Magnus. Congratulations! I suggest saving your resources to pull for new characters.
I wonder if team composition might be a good criterion to make a decision. Sophia is probably the capstone of a hanged man Iria team, and Auguste obviously has the union, and Cocoa is a Vlder? Good team synergy doesn't always boil down to "what faction are you", but having certain characters on your roster that complement them might give one unit or the other some added value,

For Cocoa, i have read that until the 5 star is considered a tier 2 unit instead, can you confirm that. A unit that need 3/4 month of farming to shine is not my ideal, i like low investment units that are ready to use or 3 star maximum to be good.
But 5 star considered as Best Meta for all Content, she literally make Skill cooldown reduced as well NRG making Character with bonker Skill that cost a lot Energy Broken like Acambe She won't be powercreep soon as long no one have same Support ability (Read her Happiness Skill) Most of player in TW use Cocoa in team, no one use dedicated healer at this point as Cocoa can do that +3 month is not that long considered u can only pull 1 character/month with pull u can as F2P, basically u got this character, u farm their Shards till next one for next 3 month batch U can see that Berly is broken DMG because her skill cost 3, thanks for her Trait + Passive u have no problem to regen 3 NRG alone without help other sources Berly won't be in T0 without that, at least T1 or T2 in TW without that

It's a tough choice. Although Safiyya is strong in the Tower of Adversity, Auguste is also useful there. Considering PvE, PvP, and the Tower of Adversity overall, I might choose Auguste.

Getting into the top 100 is difficult, but reaching the top 90% isn't hard. Many people don't have Saffiyah but still get good rewards. Also, you don't need her every time, so don't worry too much. Nonowill shouldn't be a priority for collecting memory shards, unless you don't have other important characters, or you really like her. Personally, if pulling her, I think three stars are enough. Please consider this advice.
In my opinion, NonoWill’s not a must-pull if pulling her would prevent you from pulling Homa, who’s practically a tailor-made support for Auguste. That said, if you really like NonoWill and Momo, and you stop after pulling one of them, I think it can be worth it to pull for characters who’ll make you enjoy the game rather than ones you’re worried that you’ll need.

If you have Beryl, you can skip her; but if you lack magical damage output, skipping her might mean a long wait before another magical damage appears
