Good effort though
This is what I think: Arsenal: Cowboys because the last 2 seasons Arsenal fans think they can win the league, look good for 1 half the season and then choke for the 2nd half. Aston Villa: Lions because they both finally got back to there former glory in the early to mid 1900's. Bournemouth: Falcons because they haven't done anything until in the 21st century where they finally looked decent but suffered one of the most humiliating in the 21st century of their respective sports ( Bournemouth 9 - 0 lost to Liverpool and Falcons 28 - 3) but they have some hope for the future with new moves that could make them a solid team for the next few years with a few hiccups in terms of signings like Tyler Adams signing for Bournemouth then getting injured and the Falcons drafting a qb even though they have Kirk Cousins. Brentford: The Bucs because they finally became good and a solid team in the past 1 - 2 decades. Brighton: The Texans because they became good out of nowhere after a bad season. Burnley: Jets because everyone thought they would be good in the 23 24 season and yeah...... not really. Chelsea: Colts because everyone thought they would a decent - good team but no they were mid at best and peaked in the 2000's and early to mid 2010's and since then haven't been the same. Crystal Palace: Raiders because they have been more or less the same for the past 2 decades. Everton: The Chargers because they're just not good and have been a bottom 5 team for a few years now but have some hope for the future that Justin Herbit/ Sean Dyche will make them somewhat decent. I will continue tomorrow and finish this.
As a Liverpool and Miami fan for over 30 years of both, i would have to say they are more alike because until the 19/20 season neither had won a title for decades lol
Maybe you could do another list after the promotion/relegation battle but make it for the 12 NFL teams you didn't mention looking for a premier league team to root for?
This may not apply moving forward, but I feel like Liverpool and Seattle have been identical over the past decade. Pete Carroll has been the disruptive equivalent of Jürgen Klopp, where the Legion of Boom was the NFL version of Klopp’s heavy metal football. And coincidentally, both are leaving their teams after this past season. Both teams have demonstrated peak performance and will leave huge legacies, but ultimately will be overshadowed by dynasties that collected more trophies during that time.
I am a Packers/Tottenham fan. I followed Redknapp from Pompey (remember them?) to Tottenham, been a Packer fan all my life. BTW Spurs and the Bills is a pretty good comp
I‘m a Giants fan and I would’ve probably chosen ManU. Brentford still makes sense, but I’d give it a different spin. We once were a great team that could compete with the best of them and win it all. We had some amazing club legends and are a renowned franchise despite the lack of recent success. But for more than a decade we’ve just fallen short of expectations and cycles through coaches and management.
Interesting choice regarding Chelsea and cowboys….but I must admit, I have never met a Dallas cowboy fan who isn’t a massive Manchester United fan and vice versa. It’s all about living in the past and considering “this year is our year.” But I do appreciate a different perspective with different points. Btw I disdain both teams 😂
Just saw the connection of Man U with the patriots. I think it’s a strong point, but I do think the teams should be reversed but wow I had not considered those points and definitely almost convinced me. Well done overall video
Totally agree about Man United and the Patriots. I despise both of them with everything in me. My NFL team is the Raiders, from birth... and my Prem club? Toon Army all the way. Might not be as similar now since the Raiders changed cities, but back when I discovered the Prem (1998), both teams were still considered very working class toughs. So it makes sense for me.
Commanders and Brighton & Hove Albion supporter. I found the connection between the two despite Josh Harris owning our major rival in that we both had terrible ownership and faced so much pain
Seahawks and Arsenal fan here. Only comparison would be that Mike McDonald is the hotshot new coach much like Arteta was a few years ago. John Schneider has been GM for over 12 years and worked really well with Carroll, much like the working relationship of Edu and Arteta.
Steelers and Tottenham Hotspur fan. Certainly a big difference from my NFL team having three head coaches in 55 years to my Premier League club having 7 managers (counting acting) in just the 2020s.
Very apt comparison to Man City and LA Rams. Though Rams have splash signings; most of their team has been built from the draft. They've had double digit draft picks since 2017(?)
Ha! I been a Texans fan since day 1 and have watched a few Arsenal games. Yep, Texans were dumpster juice for a few years. CJ gave us hope we can make it to the big game!
Firstly, great video! These are actually really tough comparisons to make, but I think you nailed them for the most part. I'm an American who watches the Prem and the NFL almost religiously lol. I've been supporting Liverpool since around 2007 and the Denver Broncos since I came out of the womb in the early 90s. The 49ers comparison is great. Similar stature of clubs, similar playstyles and culture, a winning history, etc. make these two teams quite similar. Lots of near titles for both of the teams recently too. As far as a comparison between Denver an EPL club goes, that's a tough one. We're a team that's had a lot of wins historically, but has been awful recently. We're (I think) tied for the 2nd-most Superbowl appearances, but we only have 3 championships to show for it. I think Villa is similar in terms of being runners-up many times in their history with fewer titles than 2nd-place finishes, but Villa is certainly in a better spot than Denver currently lol. Maybe that'll change this year? Probably not, but one can dream.
hey! you said you are new to youtube, so one thing to criticize for me: I would put timestamps into the video, so people can see when their team is coming! great video tho! keep up the
As a Chelsea fan from Philadelphia. Cowboys haven’t won anything since the days of VCR tapes. Chelsea team could be the Patriots. Had a good 2000s and 2010s and are currently rebuilding with a new coach with a rich owner.

Here's a proud Arsenal and Saints fan for years, great Video tho 👍
As a Liverpool and Miami fan for over 30 years of both, i would have to say they are more alike because until the 19/20 season neither had won a title for decades lol
Maybe you could do another list after the promotion/relegation battle but make it for the 12 NFL teams you didn't mention looking for a premier league team to root for?
great idea
It’s all about living in the past and considering “this year is our year.”
But I do appreciate a different perspective with different points.
Btw I disdain both teams 😂
Just saw the connection of Man U with the patriots. I think it’s a strong point, but I do think the teams should be reversed but wow I had not considered those points and definitely almost convinced me. Well done overall video
I'm a Villa fan and a Bears fan. Both had success in the 80s and have had nothing since.
As a Man United & Seahawks fan I couldn't agree more on the City & Rams comparison 😂😂😂
City is more like the chiefs, they’re always getting help from the refs.
City are more like the Patriots because they cheat as well.
City is the chiefs
I'm a City Fan but i've been a Washington fan since the Riggins Super Bowl.❤
I start the video waiting for the Bills Tottenham conection 😂😂😂😂 Patriots x Man United was very expected too. Really good video
I was born in Liverpool but lived in the us for 5 years so I’m a Liverpool and ravens fan
As a Chelsea supporter and a Cowboys fan I just knew this comparison was coming.
arsenal and chargers fan. both teams love choking!
Very apt comparison to Man City and LA Rams. Though Rams have splash signings; most of their team has been built from the draft. They've had double digit draft picks since 2017(?)
Chargers and Tottenham fan here. Chargers werent even mentioned though (as expected lol) we should get this in reverse
Chargers as well. Hope Santiago Giménez signs with Tottenham
palace is a great call, I agree with that
I’m a Newcastle and Vikings fan. I chose the Vikings because of the Scandinavians links to the north east and our ability to win Jack all.
Spot on with Man City and the LA Rams. I was watching to see what club Man City got, but you actually went with my home NFL team. Really accurate!
As a saints fan and a toon fan… you made my day
I'm already a Washington fan but what team would you relate to Birmingham City
Im a Chelsea fan and ive also been following the Raiders since i was a kid
Ngl this video made for a great comment section so well done 👏
Villa is a good shout. I absolutely hate to say it (Arsenal supporter) but we feel a bit Chelsea 🤢
hey! you said you are new to youtube, so one thing to criticize for me: I would put timestamps into the video, so people can see when their team is coming! great video tho! keep up the
I'm an everton and titans fan after this coming season People will have a reason to remember the titans mark my words
Quite literally no joke...i am a united and Patriots fan so at minimum that is spot on
As a Chelsea fan from Philadelphia. Cowboys haven’t won anything since the days of VCR tapes. Chelsea team could be the Patriots. Had a good 2000s and 2010s and are currently rebuilding with a new coach with a rich owner.
Buffalo Bills & West Ham supporter here. Josh Allen wild, talented, sometimes sloppy. Paolo DiCanio.
