You can apply for amru exam and you get to choose your preferences and if you get accepted by your preferenced clg than well and good otherwise your second choice clg will choose you it’s all about marks and every year its different marks for shivalik according to merit

But you can also talk to the clg after the results and tell your marks and book your seat in advance
