I like peeling the mango skin using a potato peeler. Then I cut along the flat sides of the pit to get those fat cheeks, followed by slicing along the edge of the pit. Afterwards I dice or cut into chunks. And enjoy the remainder of the mango flesh on the pit.
i never realized that green mangoes could be ripe inside...that looks like a good one...
