Wow wow wow... I can keep hearing you.... So much sorted thought process... We know things but don't know how to put it across... Clarity of thoughts...👌

Hi @iZenBridge. Please upload videos about interview discussions on IT Project Manager also (not any technical but pure project & people management questions). Need to know what sort of questions will be asked and get ready on those. Please consider this request.
Nice video.. 👌👌 I have one question, I am having around 7 years of experience in IT domain as a developer. I am bored with development and want to move into non development role. So should I go for scrum master or Project management course? Which have more value in company? Need advice..
I see both the role are leadership role and has some amount of overlap, leadership done in Scrum content us Scrum Master and leadership done in project context is called Project Manager. If you see your company using agile and scrum, starting with scrum master is good idea. Doing CSM certification followed by learning what it takes to do Scrum Master job in real context with help of IESM can help. you can find more details on our site www.izenbridge.com
Hey Saket Hope you're doing fine. I have been watching your videos and I have learned a lot from them. Can I enroll myself in a professional program provided by izenbridge?
Hello Saket .... I am a Sr. program manager in Auto and Manufacturing sector with 12 years of experience....I have just earned PMP® this week ...Your youtube videos were really helpful in all this journey earning that ... Now, i request your help to understand what next ?? What certification i should do next ?? On other hand ...I am keenly interested in Agile and wants to shift my field from manufacturing industry to the company where agile environment is in process ....Request your views ...how can I go ahead for that kind of job hunting ??

When a user pick up the story and realize that estimates story points is less for some, is it acceptable to change story points on the board after planning?
As you discover more work, you do expect change in estimate, so change in the Sprint Backlog estimate is obvious now the issue is should one also change the story points. Change in Story point depend since it should not change the relative ranking of work with other work which is in product backlog, since if a given story is taking more time maybe the other of similar size will also take more time. But if this is just one of miss than you may want to change it.
Hello Sir, I have a question regarding release where there is a major bug found just 2days before the release date and the product owner is saying that we cannot go ahead with the release. So, in this scenario how scrum master will help and approach in order to get the resolution and also how it could be inform to the stakeholders. As I understand there should be releasable product at the end of the sprint. So my question is, release date can be postponed and same needs to be informed to stakeholders or what can be the scenario and how scrum master can handle this situation?.... thanks
In my view, Scrum Master needs to facilitate the decision making, since releasing with issue or delaying the release both will have impacts and SM should ensure that stakeholder understand the impact and decide what to do based on what is best for organization. So I as SM facilitate that.
What I understand is, you are asking what is the difference between ICP-ACC the Agile Coach certification and the Leading SAFe (SAFe Agilist) certificate. if that is right i can say both program has more or less no overlap, we also do weekly live open hour to clarify your certification related queries , you can join them by following our youtube/linkedin pages.

Accent is too strong and introductions are too long and repetitive.
