It feels like I can keep on hearing this conversation for hours to gether to enrich my agile foundations. . It's like reading 1000pages book in one hour. Hats off ...Now more than money heist season 5, am waiting for this video part 2. Thanks sunand and Samik
😀 Glad you like it..
Agree❤
More than a scrum master, samik sounds like a philosopher. What a stuff Samik. Sunand i like the way you pick the guests for the sessions. Well done both. Keep teaching
Thanks for listening
I loved Samik's thought process and the way he articulated his point of view. One of the best discussion in your channel. I liked the one you had with Jay in past and this one is right next to that level. Thanks Sunand for sharing and keep up the good work 👍
I appreciate that!
Love to hear him again and again. He is a knowledge Bank. Thank you so much Sunand and Samik for sharing this.
So nice of you, please share with your friend's and other LinkedIn contacts
Hi Sunand and Samik!
It is so much informative conversation.
And yes the way Samik speaks so soft, calm and cool way really inspiring me. As my sound and speech little faster.
Thank you guys.
Our pleasure!
It was simply out of the box thing not like a normal interview type answers which we give though we normally don't live with it. It was grounded to reality. Nicely articulated every scenarios.. Lot of learning from 1 video .. Waiting for the 2 part.
glad you like it
There are life lessons in this conversation. This is not an interview 🙏🙏🙏
True, agree with you
THIS IS REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY GOOD INFORMATION AND SAMIK IS A GENIUS OF SCRUM. THANKS YOU FOR THE EFFORT. Much appreciate.
Yes, he is master of his craft..
Nice explanation Samik, I could feel the power of involvement you have on Scrum Guide theoretical & practical experience.. Please do share linked in link so that I would like see any inspiring thoughts you post.. Never felt that it is interview round instead it is casual experience sharing .. Thank you
He is Agile Monk.. 🙏😇
Sunand you are a very good listener. Please keep it up. Thank you.
Listening 👂is most trait, which is very difficult 👍 thx
lovely interview session..while i prepare for interviews, this channel has become a real morale booster. Samik made sure to eradicate the unwanted and forceful tasks that are been asked since ages in interview where you are asked to act as scrum master but then Indian MNC's and small startups expect to become all rounder in multiple domains where the purpose and role of scrum master is lost. Ironically it becomes a sandwich situation where PO and SM are the same person..so agile mindset never arrived for these organisations
glad you like the session
As per the knowledge he drove this well. However, if we got to answer this during any interview they might take it against their question as they expect a direct answer. we are not sure we can use his answers as they are no direct answers, the answer may be true but the interviewer will not get it straight. I wish he could have answed it straight up by the book or experience. To get a job however we honestly feel about certain things we need to answer in a way that it falls under their interest levels. I say it's a bit diplomatic but with my multiple years of exp that is what I have seen. Only 1% of the interviewers will be impressed with our strong and cross questioning attitude however it may not be wrong but there comes our human behaviour to be in a powerful state. Great initiative guys!
Hi - I'm Samik. This is an interesting observation. Curious to understand more - is it possible to pick up one or two questions and show me how they can be better answered?
Very realistic and practical approach for all the questions. Kudos to both of you!!
As always another best platform for learning.
Much appreciated!
So beautifully explained 🎉
Great you find value 👍

So nice of you
Must watch and one of the best sessions that I have experienced so far!
Glad you enjoyed it!
You know I had experience where organization generating revenue and still doing high amount layoffs as telling cost cutting and other department is hiring ongoing, so that type situation very hard to keep ourself or entire team to do their best work nothing will happen to you.
It is really hard time for everyone.
true
Samik used to by my Colleague. He is brilliant. What I observed is that do we really need get 15 mins to answer a question in real interviews ?
Not needed, he is explaining in detail, it depends on you ,also each interview is different
perfect answer Samik...gr8 .perfect mind set as a scrum master.
Thanks a ton

It's really good one ... Thanks Sunand Bhai for ur effort ... keep going .... see in interviews i've seen , when you give same answer for same question to different persons then some get convinced and some are not .... for cracking interview, concept should be clear and definitely little bit luck needs to favour ... some videos like this are more beneficial for conceptual and situational ...
Thanks a ton
Wow! Learned a lot from this. Many thanks!

This is the best answer of the carrers talk whatsoever I've heard. But the like/ subscription notification sound was too annoying

Thank you so much Sunand and @Careers Talk for being looking into the viewer's concern and taking out the sound, much appreciated!
Recently I attended an interview where in opportunity they mentioned as Scrum master but in second round they mentioned that the client tried and failed in Agile and now it's again waterfall and they need Project manager with Agile knowledge .. so for name sake they were having Scrum rest all is waterfall ..Task assignment and micromanaging is expected .. mostly people are expecting such things In real world in Most companies.
Ya its true
Please schedule the 2nd round asap....he is example for active listener

This guy seems like a Agile purist. I'm not sure if this interview was useful or detrimental to Scrum enthusiastic. Nonetheless good effort Sunandh.
thanks for your videos but the like subscribe sound is really annoying and distractive.
thanks, we have removed that in our current videos
Very nice session but honestly if anyone gives such blunt answers to the managers then he will go ahead and make it look like that will not be be very good in discussing.
It shouldn't be in a way like this, unfortunately it is the way it is sadly.
