I went ahead and ordered a few things you suggested in the last visit I'm just waiting on the Coco coir now. Better late then never. In the mean time I have started germinating seeds in paper towel.

Does the fan do the same as taking them outside everyday? I'm using a greenhouse so should i be taking them outside daily until they go in the greenhouse?
They need real sun and outside wind. The fan can only help strengthen them a bit but they need the real outdoor environment. If not hardened off properly they can get completely sun burnt/ go into shock and die
You start hardening them off 1 week for cool weather crop before they go out and two weeks for peppers/ tomatoes/ summer crop before they go out
