Gran Turismo 3: Concept - New Course, Fuji Speedway!

- A new course addition for the project, Fuji Speedway, fully functional.
It became fully functional thanks to @captainc8331 dumping both the Lupo 1 and Subaru GTC demos, so massive thanks to him!
Additionally, some new cars also came of these builds, but some require quite a bit of work to finalize so I'll be showing those off at a later time.
This version was not fully complete on it's own, but using finalized data from GT4P Prius Fuji Speedway allowed the course to be fully functional.
I do notice that the course replay cameras could be better, and I probably will try the GT4P Prius replay camera files if they've improved the cameras there.
Additionally the coursemap texture is an unfinished one by default, so I'll fix that by using the finalized one from GT4P Prius.
(Also, I've increased the tire wear rate for the video.)

This is so surreal to see Fuji speedway and the GT3 formula cars running on it.
Gt4 prologue have the same graphic motor than Gt3,you can port it

@FFP_BF2, Fuji 1990s is such an amazing and fast track. I always use this shortcut tactic on the tight chicane there.😂
@@DamarFadlan25 nop,I guess in first view both games have diferents motor graphic,sorry im spanish. But you can make anything but to make it real do you need to recreate the whole circuit on that game

A hypothetical scenario which the deadly incident in 1977 never occurred, like we have a good Pacific Grand Prix side by side with Suzuka.

EDIT: In case you're wandering what build this Fuji is from, it's from the (recently discovered) Subaru build, with the pitlane data taken from the Prius build (I think).
Suzuka East and West probably also planned to be added in GT3 EPILOGUE.
@@purwantiallan5089Suzuka was barely a concept of a track in GT Concept: Tokyo-Seoul and wasn't finished until 2004, just like Motegi. Sadly, unless there is a chance to port tracks from GT4, we only have Tsukuba and Fisco as japanese real circuits

The way the camera hides behind the walls reminds me of the same camera from Assoluto Racing
Hope more tracks appear in the future.
Fuji 1990s is a great fun on both GT4 and GT5 MASTER MOD (Along with 41 other tracks from GT2 to GT4 that are re added on the game including 20km TEST COURSE from GT4).
Thanks to those demos from 2003, we can already have many tracks planned originally for GT4 (Tsukuba, New York, Paris, Fuji, Grand Canyon etc.)
I recently raced this Fuji Speedway 1990s track with 2004 Formula GT against 15 other Formula GT cars in GT5 MASTER MOD! Its amazing! Hope it returned on GT7 on the next big update patch.
Fuji 90s? This is long gone... Ironically, this track was closed and renovated by the time early GT4 demos came out. Logically, this version shouldn't sadly be available in post-GT4 games either (Tourist Trophy and GTPSP)

Outstanding effort, Misuka! This mod has reached new limits, good job. I do have a few questions though:
1. Are you going to put Fuji Speedway on the Formula GT race roster?
2. If you were to actually put Fuji in the Formula GT race roster, are you going to put it in place of Midfield Raceway, or are you going to replace another track with Fuji?
Those are my questions. Looking forward to the rest of the mod. ;)

I supposed to ask previously and is a silly question, yet do the improved versions of GT3 tracks replace the originals, or would there be 2 versions of them ? Also, nice with adding the Fuji track.
@@gamerxt333 The updated versions will be the only versions used, if you're talking about the original tracks and their models. The completely new tracks added however will be separate entries and wont replace existing tracks.
@@MisukaDo you have any plans for special editions of tracks like with these reverse tracks (like changed weather and time of day)

One question... But the cars you are getting the GT Prologue, or at least some of the ones you got if I'm not mistaken are unused cars... So does that mean you recreated the cars completely from scratch or were they already ready in the files? And then one thing I saw in various videos that the "Bugatti EB110 GT '91" was supposed to appear in GT3 A-Spec, is there hope that we will see it or is it impossible?
@@Volt0709 I only modify the models to create the night models, that's all I do, they're already in the files but just missing night models.
And no there's no leftover data for the Bugatti.

is the blurry look an intentional stylistic choice? i remember GT3 looking much sharper and clearer on pcsx2 nightly
I think thats either real hardware or PCSX2 at native resolution.
Although unless using a deinterlacer patch or menu option, the advertised PCSX2 resolution shall be lower than what it lists. For example, 3X is supposed to be 1080, yet is less than that without what I previously said. Therefore a higher scale would be required.

@@julian0451 I'm using the original resolution with sharp filtering, so that may be it.
