Maybe he doesnt have 7 Nascar championships like his father, But Dale Jr is every bit as important to Nascar as Dale Sr was/IS! ...including its history, present and future!
Look at it this way…… no championship…. Yet multiple wins across multiple different types of tracks in multiple different cars, and was nascars most popular driver for a while. To say he’s one of nascars greatest is an understatement.

Dale jr is making some damn good racecar drivers in the xfinity series. All of his xfinity series drivers are solid with bright futures. Congrats to Sam Mayer and JR motorsports for his first win of many to come!

Its ironic that Dale Jr. has a shirt on celebrating Derrick Cope's Daytona 500 win in 1990 , a Win where Dale Jr.s father cut a tire on last lap and lost that Daytona 500 on last lap after dominating that race ! But thats Dale Jr. , he has no ill feelings toward Derrick Cope getting that Big Win !

No joke I thought he had more wins until he won that race and they said it was his first. He has always been fast, but goes to show its not always being fast who wins these races.
He’s coming into his own. Takes a lot of drivers a long time to get their first!
The fastest car sure did not win this race. He was lucky sometimes luck is better than being fast.
