DoD is really good, great atmosphere. Tbh 3 was ridiculous for me, machine guns, paris n shit, thats not onimusha. I like the moody, magical, ancient japan atmosphere, DoD has that, just like the first two, the 3d aspect doesn't take away from it either, great soundtrack too. I recommend you give it a chance again. It's a beautiful game.

Nah keep the series dead I don’t want normies to touch it and ruin it I never played but looking at all 4 games they look amazing and I wouldn’t want capcom to ruin the series it already looks amazing the only issue is that onimusha 1 and 2 you can only use dpad and not analog but I haven’t played it yet I could probably get used to it I’m a Tekken player after all and the when your used to going crazy on dpad cause tekken is very movement based I’m pretty sure it will take along while for my hands to hurt from dpad cause I’m used to it but I’d rather have anolog it’s outdated as hell that they didn’t use analog

I’ve beat all 4 main titles, and played Blade Warriors. I have Tactics on the GBA. I bought most the “tactics” Dynasty Warriors, Final Fantasy, and Suikoden series.
Brought me so many memorable memories. i love this game so much, specially 1 & 3. hope they can write next story about Samanosuke Akechi with Takeshi appearance. i personally doesnt like Onimusha 4, sad story, unnecessary characters ... They tried to bring more into game play and lost speciality what made Onimusha serial good. And lastly, why did he have to be a monk? they couldnt make a female character who is good enough for him? @@

The Onimusha series is one of Capcom’s underrated video game franchises.
I'm playing Onimusha Warlords now and it's such a great game. Also Takeshi is one of my favorite actors from Asia. Great behind the scenes video.
