Yep, I remember before covid, when this build was just beginning, Mickey said he wanted to do everything right on this car because he wanted to keep this car for many years to come. I think this car had been to a couple of drag races and a couple of tracks and some shows. It’s kinda sad. My friend who is another well known channel and personal friend of throtl told me that maybe the reason for the sale is that the car doesn’t drive as it was initially expected due to its completely custom suspension. In other words, what he meant is that maybe the handling feels weird because the custom suspension was never tested. This may be the reason why it’s not being kept as originally intended. But that’s just what my friend alleged. I never driven the car, so I cannot comment on how it drives.

That and they’re all heavily modified cars with a lot of custom work. Most JDM cars value crashes when they get modified especially to this extent. If it wasn’t for the sponsorships they had for these cars they’d be losing a lot more money than they already are that it took to build them

I'm definitely disappointed to see the FREK go. It's been one of my favorite builds that you guys have done. I was hoping to see the Advan's make it back onto it at some point and to see some time attack/circuit driving with that one. I understand the reasoning for selling them, but just feel like there was a lot more content possible with that one.
The Civic and the Z i’m definitely surprised those are going, those builds took years of investment to build but I guess that just means some more badass builds for next year to look forward to 💪

It would be cool to see some more 90's or early 2000 cars with a modern build. But find cars that are a little more rare. Think the Laser, Talon, Probe ect... Hell, a modern Neon SRT build would be pretty cool. Above all else, you guys gotta do an S2000 build. Can't wait to see what 23' has in store for you, and us.
The R32 was my favorite project you all did and one of my dream cars! Looking forward to the final few episodes of that car. Upsetting to see it go but hopefully it finds a good home.

Anybody else curious about the mustang on the lift, I've been following for awhile since I found the civic while looking of ideas for my civic, but I haven't found anything on it. I'm not interested in buying it, I can't even afford to fix my car, but I'd love to see a video on it.
Gr-yaris/rolla would be cool, 5cyl audi swap into something neat would be super interesting maybe a 90's chassis, and maybe look into a retired corvette racecar or something to build a crazy na motor setup for track. (like a retired trans-am build to compliment the japanese classics.)
Car's I'd like to see built on the channel, Nissan Almera N15 or Sentra SE-R SR20DE+T, late model FWD Corolla with RWD conversion & an LS3 C10 or similar age Ford truck with a crate engine.

I'm not going to lie the r35 is by far my favorite at all of these not to mention I love the fact that you said you can get in it and cruise it's a cruiser I love after work going for you know 20-30 minute cruise and this car would be perfect cuz I got a lot of windy roads and narrow and short turns. I wish I had the money to put down on this skyline. You guys didn't absolutely phenomenal job I am super jealous someone's going to be so lucky to get that car all of them really but this one is I got to say my favorite the work you guys did to this is just nutso! Plus the underglow the infinity rear lights, and even the sound system oh my God you guys you guys really killed it with this I wish I could smell the interior just once man if I had the money I definitely buy this one hands down my favorite build
