What is Pant's record in white ball cricket? Even after 76T20I, 30ODI he is not even close to what Samson has achieved, leave alone KL. He swings bat randomly, a couple of times even it gets slipped. Good for cameramen to capture some 'swag' moments. But runs are not coming. Now sure for how long BCCI can repeat the narration of lefty batsman option to keep him relevant in white ball cricket..
Even after hitting century in the last odi match, Samson could not get the opportunity in Odi format, that's painful. So getting a zero in the last match will give you more chances like Pant getting chances after the duck in the world cup final.
In ODI Cricket Sanju is never in scheme of things. Sanju played in position of Virat Kohli(No3) and as keeper in position of KL Rahul... Do you expect Sanju to replace the great or rather the greatest Virat Kohli? No way... Be sensible
Pant is good in Test but he looks like a baseball player who wants to hit every ball out of the park. KL and Sanju both does it more smoothly and calmly.
