Evan was rocked after the kick to the head on the floor, if anything, the result should have been a disqualification. Regardless of whether Jays could continue or not after the leg kick, he was hit with an illegal strike.
@@MinotaurvsCyclops just had to double check this, but if its a downed opponent "3 limbs" it counts as a foul, but if on the way down and not 3 limbs on floor then yes legal
Very interesting fight. I've seen about 6 or 7 Evan Jays' fights but this is the first time I've seen him out-classed. It was a shame the way the fight ended but I suspect it has helped save Evan from a real thumping. He needs more time to develop to the level that the commentator seems to think he is at.....but isn't yet..
OPINIONS will differ. Evan is obviously less experienced and Forrest looks to be sporting a heavier frame too (more muscular anyway). And, in my opinion, Jays would do better with his fans if he lost that scraggly attempt at a beard and even the corn rows and stick with his old “clean cut” look. I have watched Jays fight since he was like 15 and in this fight I didn’t see his normal attentive fighting skills that have always impressed me, for whatever reason he just looked a tiny bit slower too. I guess we all “off” days but in my line of work, and many others, that can get you dead in the blink of an eye. Fortunately in this career it only got him laid out. Still….it was a very interesting fight.
Vendo algumas lutas do lutador Evan Jays passei á acreditar que ele deve ser dono do evento, pois ate quando ele perde nitidamente uma luta os juizes dão um jeito para ele não sair perdedor da luta.

Uhhhh….obviously you were not watching the whole thing. He was knocked out by an ILLEGAL strike delivered when he was down with a leg kick and still conscious. Forest could have easily been disqualified or even forfeited the match if the judges had thought he had the Mens Rea for an intentional action like that.
@@jacobsparry8525 even if he hadn't hit his head, evan couldn't have done anything afterwards with his leg destroyed. Forrest should have won. i enjoyed watching evan fights but i will start by believing that those who say the referees favor evan are right

I don't like watching this Evan Jay's guy fight not because he isn't good but the fact that whether he wins the fight or not the decision goes to him which is bullshit
Dream on, it wasn’t a very good match up to start with. I think Jays needs about 2 more years of weight training and advanced training but who knows what his life plan actually was, maybe he just wanted that win and then to bow out and become a coach himself.
I was watching when he was 16 fight with alejandro... Now hes big ahaha
