How to get all Shiny (Phantom) Echoes - UPDATED | Wuthering Waves

- In this video we are going over the locations of All Shiny (Phantom) Echoes currently available in Wuthering Waves version 1.4
Phantom Echoes (all 12 of them, so far) are differently coloured Tacit Discord Echoes. They don't do anything special, but they look different and unique. They are quite rare to come by (some require multiple visits to their spawn place anywhere between 24 to 48h), but if you get them one time, they will be available to use anytime, on any and all characters.

can we still get phantom mourning aix and phantom heron?
Mourning Aix yes, you can buy from the Simulation Training shop.
Heron on the other hand, not at the moment as you could buy him from the Illusive Realm shop when game came out. Might come back in the future though!

proud to say I've collected all phantoms also heron too even though when it first release people say not to get phantom heron because other stuffs are better in illusive shop

@@noer6443 go to the locations shown in the video, and if the phantom echo is not there, defeat the echo/party currently in that zone, and come back after 24 hours when all the mobs respawned, and try again. It took me 3 days to do this to find shiny Gulpuff

Unless you didn't collect the original Echo, no, it shouldn't increase your data bank level.
