Legend! Love Heather's outlook and training methods. I am 100% not an elite by any means but I love going to a long ride (or run) one day and then following that up the next day....and maybe even the next day. Sometimes I will start another long run the next day and think "Ok...I feel like I'm on about mile 30" and then go out and get it. I think it's a great hack to get those ultra ultra long runs in without putting in a 24 hour run kind of thing. Can't wait to watch. You got this Heather!!
