If we take into consideration the Founders and CEO's of Unicorn companies then there are lots of Bengali founders. Even nowadays many are moving in the startup culture. Many of my friends have dropped out of prestigious colleges to start their ventures and they are really getting good VC backing. If we take into consideration the Indian head (Indian CEO/Chairman) of Tech Giants then also there are loads of Bengalis. Head of Goldman Sachs India, Synopsys India, Wells Fargo India, Microland (Indian company whose CEO is Bengali), Google India, Microsoft India both past and present Chairman (Past was Bhaskar Pramanik), Mindtree etc etc
