HELP PLEASE! My canister doesnt really fill up anymore dirt just collects in and around the filter.

I’ve cleaned the canister and filter and I’m still getting a bad smell when I turn the vacuum on 😭 Any suggestions??
By the way if the filter is hepa then you shouldn’t wash it. If it is hepa then it will filter the water out and the stuff in the water will get stuck in the filter.
I had to buy a new filter, the net part had a rip in it. Now it is soo loud that I can hardly use it. 😭 any suggestions?!?
Does this work well on both carpet and linoleum? I've gone through 2 vacuums in the last 2 years and they were not great. 😢
This little guy does not have a beater bar so its not great for carpet. It is amazing on hard flooring and surfaces.
so do you recommend 2 different vacuums one for rugs / carpet / and one for hard surfaces (i have concrete and rugs and cork) @@gocleanco
