  • What do you do when your brain gets in a loop of "stinkin thinkin"?
    What helps you to stay in the now?
    My life has been affected by #cptsd (chronic post stress disorder) and #agoraphobia (fear of leaving one's home) both personally, and with others.
    These are the techniques I use to get off the hamster wheel in my head. They have faithfully worked for me, and, let me tell you, rounding up my brain can be challenging.
    I'm humbled and blessed to say the hard work I've done to overcome my fears has paid off. I'm so grateful for this.
    Sometimes just knowing you are not alone helps. I know it helps me.

    it's true that speaking out loud breaks our negitive self thinking. I just descovered your channel, and i'm glad I did..hello from Florida (removed from CO)
