Thanks to "Hawkeye (2021 TV series)" and this series, we know a few things that were recovered from the ruins of the Avengers Compound after the Battle of Earth:
1. Ronin's suit and retractable sword
2. DNA of the Avengers, Guardians of the Galaxy, their allies, and possibly Thanos and his army
Wait a minute, Tony Stark erased Thanos and his army with a snap. There couldn't have been any trace left from them. Unless the already dead corpses don't get affected by the infinity stones. 🤔
@@JaimeD. The DNA was collected from the blood spilled by both sides during the battle, so there must have been traces of blood by Thanos and his army before they got dusted.
For the people who don't know his name is Rick Mason (alias Agent). He was part of the Black Widow movie where Rick assisted Natasha in staying incognito from pursuit by any government since she helped Captain America during the event of CA: Civil War.
And there's the third role played by Tony Curran in this MCU. First was Odin's father Bor, then was the gangster from Daredevil that Castle kills, and now its a Skrull Director that Sonya tortures. I guess its not a problem of continuity if the previous roles were small and obscure

Really like that this show gave us real impact with the mcu. Maria hill and Talos die, the skrulls are outed and outlawed, new heroine Giah is born, and the mystery of Rhodey and Ross being skrulls are all huge outcomes.

Fury taking the Avengers, it was iffy, but believe that it was for the best, because if Hydra had gotten their hands on the Avengers DNA, then that would have been bad for the heroes and for the world, because Hydra has infiltrated S.H.I.E.L.D along with other parts of society like the Hydra agents posing as police attacking Nick Fury in the Winter Soldier movie, and it was detrimental for Nick Fury and S.H.I.E.L.D as Hydra's information was entangled with S.H.I.E.L.D's and that would also mean that Hydra might have had access to some important information within S.H.I.E.L.D.
So I believe that it would make sense for Fury to do what he did, as to send in the skrulls as people that he knows that he can trust as opposed to other humans who he can't be sure are compromised or not, like if Hydra was still infiltrated places like Damage Control or the other recovery and clean up teams and they take the Avengers DNA, and then they could weaponize it, or study it and find out the weakness of the heroes, or a variety of things, like maybe a cloned army of Avengers under Hydra's control, so it would make sense for Fury to take it upon himself to take the Avengers DNA and keep it away from others who might get their hands on it and use it for nefarious purposes.
Some people might not agree, but if anyone should be able to and trusted with that power, and safeguard it, it would be Nick Fury.

Yeah I agree. This is good but this isn't peak Marvel. Daredevil and the Punisher are leagues, leagues ahead of this.
This show is entertaining, but it's just that. A story worth watching. But Daredevil and the Punisher were the shows that not only were entertaining af, but also inspiring, same as Nolan's Batman trilogy. Those shows have the ability to impact the character of the person watching it in a positive way.

Recent report says they are aiming for a mature show with some brutal moments albeit not “decapitation via car door” brutal but brutal enough. The report that the villain Muse will be appearing does lend credence to that
