IIT exam is based on knowledge, according to Rahul Gandhi's statement (the one I wrote above) it felt more like 2+2=5 for Harijans(Dalits). Does that mean that for Harijans, laws of physics are different?? His way of delivery of the msg was very poor and had many flaws in it. He rather could have emphasized on their education rather than saying that they fail because paper is set by someone from caste.
