I'm so glad that I have found someone else who loves Ranger apprentice (although in my native language we call it De grijze jager, which literally translates to The grey hunter)
It's def not talked about enough! I actually have it on my bucket list to try to go to De Grijze Jager Day in The Netherlands. I'm so jealous about how popular RA is in NL versus in the US.
@@cassandralynn7 I'm from Belgium but I didn't know about that 👀 I'll have to look it up!!
Happy new year 2024. Bright future. ❤
& to you as well!
I love a rereading month, its needed every so often.
Yess love Name of the Wind and Wise Mans Fear
So true! & I'm so happy to see that you also love The Kingkiller Chronicles!
Ranger's Apprentice books including maps but then not including the places they go to in the story is honestly ridiculous 💀😂
I noticed the same thing in The Early Years books, some places weren't on the map and some places (I think Hackham Heath?) were called a different name on the map than in the story. I was like... bruh 💀😂
I never really paid attention, but now I want to fight JF for allowing such nonsense 💀
The worst book I read this month was The Only One Left By: Riley Sager and my favorite I read this month was Clockwork Princess by: Cassandra Clare.
Oh interesting! I've got no intentions of reading Only One Left, but I've heard decent things about it. Sorry it was a disappointment!
this month I read the first four books in the red rising books and personally loved them!
Oh heck yeah! I started the second one yesterday 😁
Sorry Cass, I have to disagree with you on Frugal Wizard...I loved that one! I really enjoyed figuring out John's past along with him, and I actually enjoyed the pamphlets quite a bit. I can easily see how it wouldn't appeal to everyone though.
I'm so happy you enjoyed it! It's definitely not a book for everyone, but I'm glad it found a target 😁💕
Good luck with your training and move!
Thank you!! 💕
This month i read betting on you by lynn painter, check & mate by ali hazelwood, scarred by emily McIntire, wildfire by hannah grace, and some Christmas books ❤ i reread some of emily henry and lucy score ❤ hope you have a happy new year
You got to such fun books this month! 💕 thanks for sharing!
5th Wave was peak 2010s YA 👌🏼 are you going to watch the flop movie? 🫣
I watched the movie when it came out in theaters many moons ago...and low-key, might do a rewatch 💀
I agree with you about Red rising when it comes to the charatcters, honestly it's one of the rare instances where i really love the books because of the plot and not the characters
For me Ballad of songbirds and snakes book was really boring😅 and just as i suspected the movie was sooo much better for me, really fun and great soundtrack
I don't think I would've enjoyed Ballar as much if not for the movie. I played the songs as I was reading & really set the mood lol. But I can see why it's not the most action packed book. Red Rising really is such an anomaly for me as well!!
🎉❤ its ok your doing good
🥰
VERY FIRST
second 😌
Not back to this nonsense 🤦♀️
2:36 nope. The author and artist of Attack On Titan is Hajime Isayama.
I think I meant to say Death Note!! 🤦♀️
if you think Darrow is insufferable in the first book...😐
My argument to myself is that I enjoyed it for the plot, so I'll just suffer through Darrow's head 😂
@@cassandralynn7 haha fair, the plot is good and only gets better in the next two books. Golden Son is my favorite so far, im on Dark Age atm. You do get some relief after the original trilogy bc there are 4 POVs. Brown however has a special talent for writing from the point of view of insufferably flawed characters.
📚📑 Remarkable employment. I stand inclined towards, The 5-Wave Nick Yancey. You should not transform the rating. I loathe The Frugal Wizard's Handbook for Surviving Medieval England by Brandon Sanderson. I felt it stood about me. 📑📚
#Readers 📑📚
I typically do just leave ratings where they are, but I did change my mind a bit about them!
