it's so sad and also funny. It's sad cause like that seems to be her biggest fear, that her sons are so horrible because of being in kings landing around her, but I also imagine it's comforting to know that at least 1 of her sons is kind and maybe has some hope that he would have still been kind had she been there with him. But it's also funny cause we see Aemond being an absolute psycho and Aegon being a fool and then there's Daeron who is just normal

It was said by Aegon himself last that Viserys did his best with them when he was still a functional person. Hell, Alicent's sons literally have attachment issues and huge Oedipal complexes

@@bravos6746 Lord Celtigar was legitimately informing Rhaenyra of the strategies available to them in light of Ser Steffon dying and her plan failing miserably. He wasn't crossing any lines, he was doing his job. For me im really eager to see Daeron next season esp. that convo with Alicent and Gwayne
OMG, I was so happy when Paddy showed up. I knew he had to be coming at some point because that relationship was so important for Daemon as a character. I liked that the show showed more point blank what the point of Daemon's dreams have been, cause I think it's been pretty clear from the start, but people have been complaining that it was pointless and now they can see that it wasn't. I'll agree that I think I could've done with 1 less episode on it, but overall I think people were really quick to call it boring. Especially when it actually doesn't seem longer than some of the plotlines that happened in GOT.
I also loved Aegon's scenes this episode. Really I've been loving his character this season and Tom has done a fantastic job playing him. He's still a slimeball, but he's a slimeball with a lot of nuance and character and I find it interesting.
This season feels like watching the same episode over and over.
Its a shame that they decided to stretch it without having a clear vision if how ti do it.
Another episode with Daemon's hallucinations, another episode that Rhaenyra complains about not being respected, another episode that nothing happens.
they have dragons my guy if it's all action and they are doing something most people would be dead by nearly at half season.

I loved how everyone agreed in shock that when Steffon said “I’ve done it”, Seasmoke saw his Non-Targaryen side hence he fired his application, I guess you need to stay confident still when the dragon is tame, they don’t like nervous riders
