I want everyone to stop thinking of putting labels on things, but go back to basics and ask sincerely themselves if they are satisfied with the current conditions.
If the answer is NO, what's the action(s) they'll take to come up with a solution?
My post's reason is not to push people to respond to an extreme situation with an extreme solution but completely opposite.
I am just trying to serve as the cold shower of reality and maybe than a middle of the road solution may emerge.

I think that it's time for the members of the Congress relinquish their instant medical services card and stand in line with the tax payer. That would mean no more services at government expense or on demand just because they are a member of Congress. They also should pay for all their own travel expenses. After all they don't come back to their constituents except during election time. As a matter of fact, pay all their own expenses or take a pay cut.

I’m a retired professor of medicine and I’m old enough to remember when “major medical” insurance was all you needed. $10 office visits were the norm and every physician was EXPECTED to serve the community by seeing poor (non-paying) patients for free. Government intervention has destroyed this system; no one is allowed to see patients for free anymore if you see Medicare and/or Medicaid patients.
Seems like seeing patients for free wouldn't work very well for the doctors.

When I retired 40 years later I was making $30.00 an hour. $30 an hour would buy about what $3.26 would 40 years earlier. Nobody cares about deficit financing to pay for war but God help anyone who suggests deficit financing to pay for our social programs and medical care for all. My cousin lives in California and one day on the job she fell to her knees with acute lower back pain! She got 5 different tests done on her that took 8 months to get done. It took them 6 more months to let her see a specialist and he finally found out she needed a hip replacement. I took them another 6 months for them to do the surgery. THEN only after 5 weeks of recovering, she was told that her Workmans Comp was gonna run out and she'd have to go back to work and of course she couldn't do the things expected yet so she was let go! Now she's in danger of losing her house while trying to find another job! There's your Socialist Utopia preview!
Lower taxes and lowering the debt are not how the elite make their money. The interest alone that is paid on the national debt every year is more than all of the money that 70% of all taxpayers pay in income taxes. All of the money paid by the average taxpayer does not fund a single government service, but pays it all to the world's wealthiest investors. And that is not by accident.
So we get to wait for months for appointments. She's ridiculous.

Yep-had the VA repeat the same surgery THREE TIMES before they got it right - Don't get me wrong, if it weren't for the VA I wouldn't even have health care - but for crying out loud - 3-times?
I have been treated with nothing but respect by the good, caring, and the loving people who work in the VA. There are exceptions for there are some bad apples in the bunch but the majority of the people that work at the VA are good professionals who care. I have had many caretakers at the VA go to bat for me. I am in the VA health care system of the Ozarks in Fayetteville Arkansas and it is the third highest rated veterans hospital in the nation. I live in Oklahoma just over the state line but their hospital is closer than the Oklahoma VA. I get the best care and they are the best.

There would be rationing on a scale that decreases coverage with age. What that means is the people who are currently at high risk of dying from COVID-19, as well as suffering from other common age related chronic conditions would see their coverage cut significantly.
