I especially love how the actual guy (im blanking on his name) came in to be his own Stunt double. What do you think it was like to recreate that crash for him?
The same thing that you see in the movie is the same thing that you see in the real one. The owner of the car is a game driver and he is like a NPC for the game so you can drive a car.

No darling the film was real.. it was most likely based around the Gran Turismo 6 time or sport but the reason the movie show the latest one is probably for advertisement purposes

I honestly didn't enjoy this movie very much at all, it just took drama way too far to the point where it kinda lost the racing aspect, a movie about racing and to me they lost sight of the racing aspect for the most part, could've had a great storyline on the rise to glory of jann mardenborough but... yeah, when EVERY race ends in photo finishes it got old VERY quick.
