Dave loves how heavy this one is and can't wait to see who all of the players are. Welp, once again we couldn't easily find the band member names. Not in the description, not on the wiki page and not on the website.
Like yesterday's Myles Kennedy reaction, I cut down Dave's rant quite a bit.
Credits aside, Dave really enjoyed both of these solo efforts!

YES! I knew Dave would love this! And yes, the solo was not enough. 😂 And you are most welcome! This is Mark’s 6th album with Tremonti. You know he did the Frank Sinatra cover album, and yes, he did a Christmas album. The band currently consists of rhythm guitarist Eric Friedman, bassist Tanner Keegan, and drummer Ryan Bennett. Wolfgang Van Halen (bass) and Garrett Whitlock (drums) are former members. I’m not sure when the drummer was replaced, but I know Wolfgang played bass on the first two albums. So he has a permanent band, not a touring band. And yes, he is super talented. He even wrote a science fiction novel! Thanks for the reaction. You should go see Tremonti if he ever comes around you in concert. It’s quite a show. ❤🤘🏼🤘🏼
Didn't he have Brian Marshall as bassist for the first record? Then was replaced by Wolfie. If I'm not mistaken.
@@TheCyanic I am not sure. Could have been. According to what I looked up on my Google search it did not mention Brian as ever being in the band.
It does have that deep bendy Fear and Cowardice vibe to it! Been trying to get Ian/Big Wreck to tour with AlterBridge.... Myles and he are pretty good buds. Big Wreck just did a show with Creed in Toronto and Ian said he got a chance to hang with Tremonti for a bit. They mini toured together in 2001 or so.... there is hope.... always hope.
Mark Tremonti is way too good to give us that short of a guitar solo. I like the overall heaviness of the track. I think I prefer Myles solo track over this one - not that we should compare. Either way, great stuff. Thanks guys.
If Dave would like a heavier Riff Tremonti tune perhaps try either "A World Away", "Would you Kill" or "Now and Forever"... Just a few to sample
Mark and Myles are two of the busier guys in the music business! But never fear - they are already exchanging AlterBridge ideas for their next album - slated for sometime next year! AB puts out an album every 3 years, which they are in line for once again!
Hey Dave, Tremonti regularly talks about his fellow band mates. Eric Friedman, Ryan Bennett, Keegan Tanner...then of course Mark Tremonti. All brilliant musicians and perfect together.
