  • I've recently discovered the time clock system on Yardbook to help manage the hours for my employees. In the past we use to write all hours down on a notepad. With this system it makes everything so much easier and efficient.

    Very nice. I don't use yearbooks. I found a time keeper app that I use on my phone for my 4 employees. Works well as it shows the weeks hours.

    I came across Yardbook before I got all my "ducks in a row" for our LLC. I have used it since DAY ONE. We love it and will continue to use it. We have been using it now for 15 months. Thanks for the info on the time clock feature.

    Could you do an updated version of this video because for some reason I can not get any of my employees to show up under my yardbook account and I don't want to leave my account completely open for them to see customers, invoices, etc etc. I want mine to do how yours is at the beginning of the video have a tab open, come up select their name, clock in, and it load right back to the employee list. I can't seem to figure out how to set this all up and yardbook support has not been the greatest at helping me get it all setup

    Thinking about a wright stander ZK 72 like yours but am debating the dual wheel option. Is it worth it if you don’t mow as many slopes or hills? Thank you

    • @TopNotchLawns
      @TopNotchLawns  6 років тому

      Honestly I wouldn't get the dual wheel option if your not doing steep hills a lot. The single wheels will hold most.

    I'm solo and hire a teenager occassionally for big jobs....How do you guys deal with all the crap associated with employees?
    Taxes
    SS
    WORKERS COMP
    I can't understand how you can charge enough to pay for all that stuff. I'd love to hire a couple guys in the future but just not sure if I want this sort of aggravation and costs.
    Thanks

      Thanks Brian. Think I'll just keep on keeping on as long as I can and when I want to be done...sell off the gear!!

      Invest in better equipment if you need a way to save on labor, also hire day laborers from a temp service. The will be virtually useless without close supervision but if you just need people for bull work it's a cheap solution!
