Some points for your enlightenment, this whole lyrics is about Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon him), Tajdar e Haram is a reference to him and Madina is a city in present time Saudi Arabia which is a city very dear to Muslims as it is the final resting place of our prophet. In Islam, Prophet Muhammad (P.B.U.H) is the last prophet in the long line of prophets and Prophet Esa (Jesus) is part of that and is also very dear to the Muslims. This whole kalam (lyrics) is a call to help from a Muslim to Prophet Muhammad (P.B.U.H) and in Holy books it is part of our belief that Prophet Esa (Jesus) has the power to cure the ill and even breath life into dead, so here in the lyrics say "ae charah gar Esa Nafs" meaning "o who has the soul like Esa (Jesus), you are the one who can cure us". Dear madam Jesus has same position in Islam as other prophets. Until a Muslim don't have faith in Jesus he is not a Muslim at all. Please for sake of knowledge and wisdom you read other religious books it guides unto the true path it's not necessary you should convert to any particular religion.

We also covered Islam for a while (yet I forgot most of the stuff I’ve learned as it’s been over a decade) and my teacher just briefly mentioned that Jesus has a significant role in Islam.

We also covered Islam for a while (yet I forgot most of the stuff I’ve learned as it’s been over a decade) and my teacher just briefly mentioned that Jesus has a significant role in Islam.
