Bit of a sleazy place actually. Lots of dodgy and opportunistic and dishonest shop keepers and bad restaurants. Suggest to keep to the beaches and away from the bulevar. That´s a good tip to book room only and try the food at the hotel first before paying to have breakfast or dinner there.
