Beautiful community. I think I mentioned in one of your other videos that I'm moving to a 55+ apartment community under construction at the north end of Towne Lake. After a year, I'll decide whether to buy in Towne Lake or Bridgeland.

We are living in this area of Conroe and it’s nice and quiet, but the trafic is terrible here. It will take you 40 minutes to get a highway. The roads still for small town not for thousands of houses that are building in this area, so I would have appreciate knowing this before moving this place. You are saving in the price of your home, but you’re spending time and gas trying to get out of this town specially in the rush hour.
I live in the loop right now in the Heights. It’s an awesome awesome area bc of so many reasons. Unfortunately our apt lease is coming up in 2 months and I don’t think I want to renew at the rate I’m paying now and I also expect the renewal rate to go up. Currently I pay $2400+ for a 2BR apt. Cypress is an area I’m considering but the thought of moving that far is intimidating. That said do you provide guidance for someone in a situation like mine? Not sure if were ready to buy. Most likely we’re not but eventually we will. Lots of factors driving me to consider Cypress including a few friends, church (not going today but have my eye on one), schools since we have a 2 yr old and a baby on the way. Looking forward to your response.
